All the family who have used the gifts have enjoyed the experiences and appreciate the time at the spa.
The staff are friendly, welcoming and enjoyable to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my mother here for early Mother's day pedicures. This is something we have been doing for over 10 years, and it's easy to say this is the best experience we have ever had. Raj and Harp were amazing. They were so good at what they were doing, but they were also amazing women who made it such a fun time. We left with beautiful feet and smiles on our faces. HUGE thank you to these two wonderful ladies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for my first ever massage, and I was greeted right away, quickly set up with my first time visit questionnaire in a separate room and then straight over to get changed.
After I was escorted to the massage room I was told the instructions and immediately in a zen state with a soft lighting and calm music.
The massage therapist was nothing but great.
I was also super impressed with how nice the place was, I was sceptical because it was close to home and just on Scott road, but they definitely make you feel like you’re somewhere fancy.
Thanks skin concepts! I’ll be back and I’ll be recommending you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners are delightful to deal with, even the new receptionist is kind. No one makes you feel awkward or uncomfortable. Love all the local shop trinkets and clothing. Ana and the lady that does the lash lifts are amazing! Best local day spa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful facial for my birthday with Vera and she was amazing!! Gave an excellent massage and was so knowledgable with all the products she used on my skin. The facial felt wonderful and my skin was glowing when I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING! My son bought me a gift certificate for my birthday. It was the best gift ever. Vera is so great at what she does. Extremely knowledgeable in her profession. She knows her products and provided me with an amazing skin care line which has done wonders for my skin. I have been several times now and I am proud to say I am a regular (monthly). I had the silk peel this last time and my skin never felt so amazing. She has the magic touch as I also had a glorious back massage. Next up....full body massage and another silk peel. The spa is clean, beautiful, organized and all the staff are helpful and wonderful people. You must visit them...we all need self care :) <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience at Skin Concepts. I went for massage and my therapist Sarah was great! She was very attentive, listened to my concerns and my massage was fantastic. I highly recommend Sarah but from what I hear she books up super quick! The spa is beautiful, super clean and the lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Looking forward to my next visit!!
