Me and my girlfriend had a really great time. We stayed in a Tipi and we loved the experience, it was really romantic and relaxing. The campsite is small and intimate. We went hiking at the "Montagne Verte" on the first day, it's only 10 minutes away on bicycle, we ate a picnic on top of the mountain and we had a really nice view. We went kayaking the next day and really enjoyed it. We will definitely go back!

What a place! Extreamly nice staff and helpful with any and all request, they have they're own activities to do like boating. Dogs are welcome so that's always a plus, also no cars to drive your stuff to your lot, you have to bring them in a mini wagon provided which is nice due to no car sounds around you ever!! Definitly going back to this place they've got empty lots, cabins, and even teepees!!! Great place for family and friends!

We stayed two nights in the "clamping tent". It was perfect. I would have stayed longer if I could have. There are wonderful outdoor hot showers close by and a fire pit with chairs. We were out for 2 weeks, every night a different location and it was by far on our top three list. We had our family over one night for a fire and it made them want to camp with us. The sand river across the street is a dream. You can go in just to get your ankles wet or walk to the other end of the river (a 1 min walk) for a proper swim. We went in after our run in the morning. In short, I highly, highly recommend this spot.

Worst camping I've ever been. Spots are to much small. Everything is to much expensive, for example wood for 25$ and we paid 92$ for renting canoe. Owner is to much agressive.

Worst toilets I have used in my entire life. The stench of ammonia was enough to make me gag (and I am not easily grossed out). The camping is next to houses which is really weird. We rented a ready to camp lot that has a tent ready with mattresses. One of the foam mattress had visible mold on it and the smell was not great either. The 20$ worth of wood (about 15 quarter logs) we so wet that we could not light a proper fire. Speaking of fire, the "fireplace" is nothing more than a metal box welded on a metal post. A good ol metal rim would have been a lot better. We paid for two nights but only stayed one....

Best camping ever. Clean bathrooms and friendly personnel. I will definitely be back. This has become my go to camping site. Everything you need is readily available and the price is just right. Merci à tous pour une belle expérience!

We booked a camp site for the weekend but had to cancel because we each had a family member who passed away and had to attend funerals during that same weekend. Labelle et la Rouge cancellation policy state no refund but we figured that we would contact the owner and ask anyway because these are exceptional circumstances. Oh boy, what a mistake that was! After we were met with accusations that we were lying, the person on the phone asked us for "proof" so that he could forward them to the "administration council". After sending the orbituary via email, we did not get any acknowledgment whatsoever. We called back the next day and the person on the phone told us that he'd refund if we could find someone else to find our place. I'm sorry but we have funerals to plan out and this is very disrespectfuI. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The campsites are good, nothing exceptional really, but just as good as any other campsites in the region. The problem we had was that when we arrived we were told there is no drinking water. This is ok, as it can happen but the fact that they failed to tell us (email/call) beforehand is not acceptable. So in the end we had to go buy water from 8-10km away while we were most probably charged for the services there including water. Hope this won’t happen again, but in general that kinda blew the whole experience.
