★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i’ve booked toyota corolla at this dealership, i’ve waited for 2 months when the car has arrived they texted me once, due to busy schedule i was not able to reach them, when i called them after 2 days they said we have already sold the vehicle because i wasn’t replied to their text. i don’t think this thing make any sense. and it’s it’s been more than 10 days now, i haven’t got my deposit back. they are saying finance department looking over it. worst dealership ever to deal with.

I would buy another truck from Laura without hesitation.
The dealership was transparent throughout the entire sale and Laura really went above and beyond.
I'm from South Island and we spent time on the phone and via text so I could learn everything I needed to know.
Kim secured me the financing I needed IN BUDGET the whole time.
The used truck was immaculate when I came to pick it up.
The truck I bought was originally purchased and then traded back in to Campbell River Toyota. I imagine when I go to get something new (to me) again - I'll do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam people. Never prepared for ypur arrival. Under value trade ins. New vehicles don't have bumpers fitted properly. After a 9 hr drive (my own time, nothing was compsated for what so ever) and a ferry ride to visit them. they knew i was coming and then I had to sit in the waiting room for 3+ hrs. Later they emailed me asking about my highly modified trade in even though they told me they didn't care to let me explain everything when I trade it it. They ripped then asked for help. Cr toyota dosnt value you or your business. What an awful experience on my end.
. Take ypur business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I have dealt with Campbell River Toyota. In 2019 my Daughter and Her Husband came up from the Lower Mainland and Purchased a 2009 RAV 4, as their first Vehicle. The Sales Person, Jami was a pleasure for them to deal with, the process was smooth, the service provided was above and beyond. Fast forward to 2022. I just purchased and took delivery of a 2022 RAV 4 Hybrid, which I ordered in Sept 2021. These are very trying times in the Automobile sales industry, given the shortage of various components, leading to wait times for Vehicle delivery. Through these times I was kept updated as to estimated arrival by Sales Manager Kim. The Sales Persons Jami and Laura were excellent in the fact that they have great product knowledge, and infectious enthusiasm for the Toyota product. The purchase process was clear and concise thanks in part to finance person Jessica. Vehicle as delivered, was exactly to specification. Vehicle preparation exceeded my expectations. An all around pleasant experience. I will highly recommend Campbell River Toyota, to Friends and Family, if they are considering purchasing a new or used Vehicle.
