★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service team at Campbell River Hyundai have given us the ultimate warm welcome to the area. Having just moved here, we brought in our Kona EV for a 12V battery issue. Not only did they replace it on warranty, they identified another Technical Service Bulletin and took care of that on full warranty as well. This team went overboard big time. Someone told me CR is a super friendly community... uh, ya! Unbelievably so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchasing our new Ioniq 5 from Campbell River Hyundai was probably our best new-vehicle purchase experience to date. The sales rep (Shyanne) and Sales Manager (Ryan) had a very honest, respectful, and no-pressure approach that we appreciated very much. The dealership setting is very accessible with good parking, the building was very clean and inviting, and full COVID protocols were being followed. I was introduced to the Service Department and also found the staff there to be very friendly and personable with clear information provided for future vehicle servicing. Very satisfied with our purchase experience and highly recommend Campbell River Hyundai!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was kinda bummed I had to go all the way to Campbell River to get the kind of car I was after. I am sure glad I did. The folks at Hyundai were fabulous. Mitchell ,Jason and the Sales Manager were all very supportive and super helpful in getting me into a car I could be happy with. I would HIGHLY recommend these folks if you need a great used or new car. Yes it's a wee drive from Victoria but these folks are very worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love our new Tuscon, but feel everything was a little rushed! I am not sure that we have everything I wanted is attached to this model! All in all we are very happy with the beautiful colour, Amazon Grey and the amazing features it did come with! I was left wanting more! LOL! This is our 3rd Hyundai from CR Hyundai, a 2013 Veloster a 2018 Kona and this our favourite, the 2022 Tuscon! Thanks Campbell River Hyundai!

Everyone stepped up hence I never had to wait for my sales person to be available. Where they could help, they did. Everyone was friendly and very professional. It is one of the best dealerships I dealt with . A special thank you to Graeme for making this a memorable purchase. Although there is pressure to make a sale, you knew my situation and you let me take as much time as I needed to ensure i purchased the correct vehicle for me. Your " no pressure" approach and patience, is the reason I am giving this dealership a 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our second vehicle purchased from Campbell River Hyundai, and the process went just as smooth as the first. It's nice to be able to deal with a local business and feel you were treated as well as you wished. We were never urged to up-buy from our salesman Mitchell, nor faced with the pressure one feels with some dealers. The service department was courteous and answered all our questions. Also a nice touch to see the owner, Scott, come by and introduce himself to us. We ended up with a great SantaFe and couldn't be happier.
