★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tyler Watkins and the crew from the service department really really helped me out this past weekend.
My car broke down just before Campbell River on the way to Parksville and my car broke down. I just made to the nearest gasstation and started phoning everywhere I could think of. Tyler from BH said to come in and see what we can do for you. Of course we had to wait a bit to have it actually looked at by one or two of the service people but Tyler tried in every way from his end to help me figure out the problem. Unfortunately even after the crew discovered the 8 possible reasons of why my truck broke down, they were unable to help me. BUT with their knowledge we (my parents and my 2 Littles ones) were able to drive all the way back home. Tyler and the other 2 people from service really helped me that day eventhough my truck wasn't fixed.
So, THANK YOU!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an RV breakdown Quadra island last night. Caught the early ferry and arrived 20 minutes before they opened. They sales person came to talk to me in the truck, told him what I needed, he invited me in and we got the parts I needed all in time to make the next ferry back. Thanks so much for your excellent service before you even opened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were travelling on the Island (truck/ camper and towed Royal toy hauler) when we ended up with a hitch problem that required it to be changed. From the beginning, Kurtis (service mgr) was amazing and got us in as quickly as possible. The installers were able to pull off the old hitch, install the new Class V, reinstall the 7 pin bracket and reattach the stabilizer bar bases very quickly such that we were able to make our planned stop at the end of the day. The install and fabrication was excellent. Thanks to Bill Howich RV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess I wasn't as lucky as the rest of the people here. Don't expect the Sales Manger to call you back. Three messages to Dave Bastock over a month were all ignored. I waited all day once for him to call back and he waisted my time. Don't expect any reaction to their Ebay sales

Curtis in the service dept is so awesome!! Xen in the the finance department is insanely talented at helping you get everything you need and looking out for your best interests!! She is incredibly kind and helpful! I can’t say enough good things about our experience! Thank you to the staff that helped make our dreams come true!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was testing a new to me camper and the ceiling vent hood broke off. You’re parts personnel was no help. I asked if I could have your business fix the vent hood and I was told your business was booked 2/3 weeks out. I was a woman travelling by myself and asked to borrow a ladder so I could climb up and figure out what hinge type I needed. Maybe I could fix it myself. Not only would she not lend me a ladder she made no move to help. She suggested another rv dealer in Courtenay. If I wasn’t stuck I wouldn’t have bought my vent hood from you. Way to leave a woman traveller hanging!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good. I was greeted right away, with courtesy. I didn't feel pressured at any time. I was asked what I was looking for and if he could assist me. I said I was considering the purchase of a cargo trailer and he picked up his stock list and led me to the lot to show me what was available. He also checked, when asked, to see if other models of the requested size were on order.
Overall the experience was very good.
