Aaron was super patient and went above and beyond in taking the time to explain my options. Everyone else, including the manger, were friendly and had a good vibe. I found everything that I needed and left satisfied. I will be shopping HERE for all my airsoft, pellet, & BB gun needs.

I asked if they could give me drop of silicone oil to lube some of the parts that come un lubed from the factory. They directed me to buying a 25$ bottle instead of just giving me a drop. I asked if they could replace the mag and they said they couldn't. My friends and I had in total spent $1000 and got no help from them. I don't like these guys at all. I would rather go to Tactical Sports Paintball and Airsoft Proshop in barrie for cheaper prices and friendlier people. They helped me fix my mag without any charge. If you buy anything from them don't expect them to help you when it breaks. "were not an airsoft repair shop we only sell airsoft stuff"...

Two weeks AFTER making my purchase and being given a shipping time of 3-5 days I decided to send an email asking for an update. The reply was that my purchase was on back order and would be another two weeks before it was shipped. The fact they didn't have the decency to tell me this and I had to email them for information is not how you treat customers. If you had any hesitations to order from this company, I hope you see this warning.

So came down to their Queen st. location, awesome place and what made it as such is the staff. Especially Shannon who I talked to for about half and hour. Great great selection of knives. While I was checking them out Shannon adjusted mine own knife after I showed him. That is top notch customer service. So with that I bought two kershaw knives and will be back again.
