Bed bugs and Roaches from surrounding apartments Never have 3 working elevators Hallways, elevator, lobby, stairwell, laundry room and underground parking is always absolutely disgusting - overrun with spills and garbage Hot water scalds throughout a shower Kitchen cupboards faux finish is peeling and showing the chip wood underneath Limited access to your 2 balconies due to constant renovations Pool only open mid July - end of August Apartment was not cleaned before a fresh paint - hair and fluffs painted over throughout the whole place Have to bleach black mold weekly in the bathroom due to no working fans and poor circulation Lack and/or huge delay of response from Supers/Management for maintenance issues **They WILL enter without permission and/or 24 hour notice - CREEPY!!

A new exterior has been applied to the building that gives it a clean and well kept appearance. The new exterior also saves on heating and cooling costs. New, and technically smart elevators have been recently installed.

Noisy with neighbors fighting all the times and with the cars ourside as the location right beside 403. Old building, 1 elevator stop running only 1 elevator that works, can you imagine that! They charged parking fee for each car! Parking lot outside full of holes and when the rains come, its flooding, what a rip off!! Inside parking there’s a thief that took your stuffs when you put something there, scary!! The first day came in, the unit not cleaned up properly, you need to check and make sure they clean it up before you move out! You need to read carefully with your contract, they made mistake on the rate calculation! Not recommended this apartment, you will regret if you choose this property!
J	James Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of these buildings. They do a lift meaning spend like $5,000 to do a small renovation before you move-in. Then not letting you know there is a cockroach infestation, where as they travel up and down the building through the separation between the pipes. Copper and Stack piping. Into the underground and corridors. They only put powder to treat it. I recommend filing an application about maintenance with the Landlord and Tenant Board. Mitigate it as it is not right what they are doing to canadian(s).
C	Curtis John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m reading the positive reviews and I’m in disbelief. Clearly they are fake reviews written by management, no bugs are you kidding me?! Pest control is here probably every month or so! Camelot towers are infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. They call in pest control But nothing seems ever works. When pest control DO come we are forced to remove everything from the cabinets or face being fined. This is a lengthy process. For what?? Pest control leaves and the bugs remain. Rent is over 1000$ and you get elevators that take 15 minutes to work or are broken down, parking spots that are always filled with people who don’t even live at the building so even though I pay for my spot I NEVER seem to get one! Shady characters living in the building, not safe to walk around in the evening or hell I have even had issues in the daytime. My girlfriend had had some terrifying run ins and even people trying to scam us. We have had online packages stolen from our door, my girlfriend caught one woman who lived on my floor stealing a package. Lucky for us we have a large dog that has been a great deterrent. Supers are great, but upper management is shady, had to have a few conversations with the labour board about right. Stay away from this slum and believe me, it’s a slum. Maybe 10 years ago it was alright but definitely not anywhere.

Camelot Towers might be for you! The best feature of the building is that you don't have to wear a mask while inside. Want to enter the building maskless? That's fine. Want to go to the laundry room maskless? Go for it. Want to walk the hallways maskless? No problem. Want to ride the elevators maskless? You won't be stopped. There is zero enforcement of mask rules here so half of the residents don't wear masks. I can be a selfish jerk and go maskless without people telling me to put one on. See all those security cameras on every floor? They are just there for decoration. If someone steals from you or there is an altercation, rest assured, it will not be recorded and management will just ignore it. Thanks, Wilstar Management!
