I was helped by Gian-Carlo, he’s very knowledgeable on all vehicles, really listened to what I was looking for and pushed to get me the best price. I was also helped my Tanner when I picked up the vehicle and he really cared to make sure my car was set up exactly how I wanted and took time to explain all the features. He promptly reached us by phone the same day with great news about an arriving car that suited all our needs. Immediately after we went to the Toyota Dealership in Cambridge and Jesse smoothly walked us through the entire process. A very complicated process for us; buying a new car for the first time in Canada, could not have been more seamless and Jesse made the process very pleasant. The excellent customer service and attention to our needs provided by the team at Toyota Cambridge was unparalleled, going above and beyond!

We were under the impression that car buyers have to wait for months before getting a car. Sean was able to get us a brand new Camry in one week. Everything went smoothly, Sean is a great guy to deal with. We love the car. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
V	V Draper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right from the start when we sent an email inquiring about a vehicle, we have had the most incredible service from the team at Cambridge Toyota. They were quick to reply and answer our questions. We never felt the pressure to buy or add accessories to our purchase. We had the best service ever when purchasing our new car. Right from the Manager Marc when we inquired if they would have the car that we wanted. To coming in from out of town to sign the paperwork with Steve and Hervé. They were quick and efficient, made sure we were comfortable and offered us coffee. Due to Covid we knew there was going to be a wait to get our new car, Marc gave us updates as soon as he had any, so we knew we were a priority to them. When we finally got the update that we were waiting for and our car had arrived. Marc was able to schedule us in to pick it up right away. When we got there Jesse gave us a tour of the car to show us how all the features worked. We went through the paperwork with Jesse, and he explained everything as he went through it. We cannot express how happy we were that we got to deal with such an amazing team of people. They made purchasing a car easy, stress free and a delightful experience. If you are looking to buy a vehicle we would highly recommend Cambridge Toyota.

Brought my wife's brand-new Corolla (bought in 2020 at Cambridge Toyota) in because there was an issue with the steering wheel. As you can see from the pictures, it was tearing, but other than that, the car is immaculate and has 24,000 KM on it. Thought it would be a quick fix/wouldn't be an issue since its under warranty. Brought the car in, the service receptionist (my car wasn't even looked at by a service technician) took a picture of the steering wheel, and said she would be in contact with me. 2 days later, I received a message saying they wouldn't warrant the steering wheel. My wife contacted Cambridge Toyota and spoke with the service manager Ryan. Ryan stated that they spoke with Toyota Canada about this issue, and that Toyota Canada denied any fixing of the steering wheel. I also called Toyota Canada and spoke to a representative about my wife's car. Toyota Canada proceeded to tell me that it was the dealerships discretion whether or not they fix customers vehicles, under warranty or not. So the service manager lied right to my wife's face. If you're ever looking to buy a Toyota/Lexus or need your Toyota repaired in anyway, I HIGHLY recommend FORBES Toyota in Waterloo. I brought my wife's car in with the same steering wheel issue, and as you can see from the pictures below - THEY FIXED IT - no questions asked. Cost me $0. GREAT, FAST and friendly customer-service from FORBES Toyota.

They both went above and beyond and got the vehicle I was looking for amidst the pandemic and chip shortages. They kept in constant touch and timely responded to all my inquiries. Thanks so much!
