Nathan explained everything over the phone. He was very professional and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job on the repair and my car is safe and back on the road

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Nathan and the team at Apple Auto Glass. When someone broke into my vehicle yesterday and smashed my back window, Nathan was extremely helpful in the replacement process. They let me come to the shop to get the bits of glass cleaned up and a temporary plastic cover installed while they ordered the replacement glass. They had me bring in my vehicle the very next day and replaced the glass quickly and without issue. Overall an incredibly positive, professional, and helpful experience from start to finish. I will be a lifelong customer and would recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't say enough good things about this place. Excellent service and super knowledgeable. Right from the start they go above and beyond for their customers. I had a chip in my windshield and they were able to get me in right away. Although the chip ended up being deeper than we thought, they were awesome in explaining the options and risks right from the start. The honesty is greatly appreciated. I will definitely be recommending them in the future and will be back for any future needs.

Staff was able to pull my insurance info to confirm coverage with no hassle. Love their air freshener and note pad that they always give with each appointment. Highly recommended.
