In that time I fell very ill and was given time to recover with no worries of having to bring back vehicle until I was well. Owen is very polite, kind, upfront and honest customer service rep. Great job

I’ve spent 2 weeks looking for the right vehicle and I was reluctant to go to Cambridge Centre Honda because of what I had just experienced with the other Honda dealers and just car dealerships in general. But they had the vehicle that I wanted. As soon as I pulled up to the dealership, I knew my experience was going to be the different this time. Everything was ready for me and I was accommodated with a great sales advisor, Abbas. The whole team made my buying experience easy and fantastic. I felt their genuine honesty and that I was being taken care of because they gave me all the information I needed to make a sound decision. I’m happy I went to Cambridge Centre Honda and to me they redeemed exactly how a dealership has to operate and that’s really caring about their customers. Absolutely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey from here last week. The sales rep Moe was a pleasure to deal with and Tony was great for setting up financing/dealing with my questions in a timely manner. Michelle went through all the safety features and bells and whistles like a fine tooth comb to make me feel confident in the new tech before I left. Kelsey went through the signing of the financial paperwork and answered any questions me or my wife had. All in all it was a great experience and would highly recommend this place to any of my friends or family!

This was the second time I worked with Kevin and he was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. From booking an appointment to arranging a Test drive, everything felt like a breeze.
The vehicle was parked and ready for when we arrived and the drive was nice. Kevin took the time to go over all the options and answered all our questions. When we had settled on a vehicle, Kelsey wrapped up the deal for us and was just as attentive and helpful.
End-to-end, a great experience and I will definitely be back to see Kevin should I need another vehicle in the future.

It was honestly the geniality and kindness of Vanessa and the team. Vanessa helped us by picking the perfect car for us plus with the perfect options. She was unbelievably patient. Cambridge Centre Honda’s team got us an unimaginable deal. Unlike many dealerships in the area there were no admin fees, and the transparency of their team is outstanding. They also offered us a very competitive sum to trade-in. There were some unpredictable obstacles not under their control, however, their response was truly mind-blowing. While they were fixing these issues at no charge, they had the goodwill to give us a car with even more options than our own which was also practically brand new. I would like to first dearly thank Vanessa as without her hospitality I do not think we would have purchased a car, or at least been this tremendously satisfied. I would also like mention and dearly thank Bryan, Kelsey, Tony, Michelle, Tanja, and the Service & Parts Team, for making it possible with their kindness, help, and professionalism.
