β β β β β Spoke with Jamie i believe in scarborough and ordered a cat converter for my ford escape. It was a custom order and the part had to be made in their mississauga office. Went down picked it ip unfortunately my truck died before i could put the part on. Jamie honored the return on the part and waived the restocking fee because of the situation. All around great service and prices product looked great too shame i couldnt use it

β β β β β I purchased a catalytic converter (AB Catalytic 42607) from Calnorth off Amazon for my 2001 Jeep. They sent me a defective unit with the Lower Bank O2 Sensor pointing into the Oil pan. I was unable to install for 2 months waiting for some other exhaust parts. I asked for a refund an they first denied and then tried to offer me $50.00 which does nothing to solve the problem or deal with a defective unit. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE OR COMPANY!! Buy a walker or magnaflow instead, it will cost you less in the long run.
