Did a full rebuild on one of my Volvo's and nothing but full satisfaction. thanks to the service manager on following up and updating me throughout the process. Quick and efficient.

Even the service manager could not give me a straight answer when I called the next afternoon as to what was going on. The service advisor Sid answered the phone. I had to ask him if I was actually calling the right company. He proceeded to ask me who I was and what I wanted very rudely. He could not tell me what was going on and had to check with the tech then came back to tell me that have moved on to other work as I’m not completing the repair I told him I need it back as soon as possible and was promised in the morning. You guys need to get your customer service in order and your service advisors to get in the page
K	Kevin Sha Varghese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each time I go to Calmont or make a call for parts, the disrespect I get from some of the employees there saddens me and makes me think second about going to Volvo for parts. Ive given the employees at Calmont more than one shot to see if they were just having a bad day or not, but its every single time, and it happens to all my colleagues as well. Id personally like to mention Scott is always so utterly rude and disrespectful to me and my co-workers. I hope Calmont looks into their customer service quality and changes it for the better.
j	jinto george on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience dealing with "SCOTT" FROM PARTS at "CALMONT". I went to buy parts several times and had the unfortunate luck dealing with this guy. It appears he does not appreciate customers with color. It was very obvious from his behavior that he was intentionally ignoring us and our employees. His behavior was very unprofessional and I would request the company to investigate this matter as this puts a bad light on the company.

Overall my experience has been excellent! No dealership is perfect, but its how they deal with issues that makes the difference. Jamie and Stewart work very hard, to make sure the customers are happy, and their trucks are working well. Will definitely be buying my next truck here, and always happy to get service work done. Edit June 2021 I would like to thank Stewart and his crew, for getting my truck all setup, for my new LCV job. Everything is working excellent, and I couldn't be happier.

And all the manager said do you want us to clean your carpet hahah nice ?? Thanks for good service ??
