Nicole and Kandavale have been excellant therapists looking after all my needs. The front end staff has always been friendly and helpful. Also had massage therapy which was excellant Great clinic for treatment.

During my treatment time, they used NOISY vacuum for 20 to 30 mins which aggravate my headaches, pain and irritate me. Neither the therapists nor the staff is bothered about the client's situation. Staff, please have some sense to not to do these while patients are in the clinic. If you want to close the clinic early, why book late appointments, it's that simple. Definitely not going there

She provides excellent treatment and really makes the patient feel understood. Love all of the staff at the front desk, too. They greet you by name and help where they can.

I also saw Bonnie for one appointment and she was amazing too! Both great professionals with great attitudes and personalities. The front desk is good too, in my opinion.
k	kevin ueland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing, I was in a motor vehicle accident in July of 2019 and started Physio with bonnie recently and this clinic has gone above and beyond to make my life easier, from dealing with insurance and adjusters, getting me the equipment I need to better my recovery at home, greeting their clients by name when walking in the door. Making sure you feel comfortable and relaxed. Making sure your voice is heard. This clinic has some of the most amazing people working for it. I,10/10 recommended this clinic.
C	Calista Diesel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My physiotherapist was ILA!!!! She is hands down incredible. I came here due to being In a motor vehicle accident, and came twice weekly. When I first got here, I could barely function in my day to day life, and by the time it was time to say goodbye to her, I was able to feel human again. Ila never judged me, always made sure I was mentally and physically okay before and after every session and took the time to address my concerns. Example, when I came in, I couldn't have any pressure applied to my lower back or neck, and by the end, I was able to have a moderate amount. I can't thank her enough for making me feel better, and like a person, not just a number, and I appreciate her kind and caring demeanor. Her bedside manner is one to be praised. Let's not forget the girls at the front! Always super funny, intelligent and caring. Any time I felt sick (can happen with back and neck injuries) they were always there to help me out. You guys are honestly the real MVP's and I want to thank you guys for being so kind and comforting! Let's hope I never have to come back though! Hahaha! But If I do, I choose to come here. Thank you SO much.
D	Denise Sinclair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the help of Ila and staff I was able to recover from my back injury and though Im not 100% but I'm glad to have recovered my mobility and also techniques to continue to manage my recovery as well as to prevent being reinjured. Ila was very personable and was sure to listen to me and my concerns and involved me in the recovery process as best as she could. My overall experience was very pleasant and I don't believe my recovery would progress so quickly if it wasn't for the care provided at Callingwood physical therapy.

I' have been seeing Bonnie for various of problems for quite a few years now and I'm always impressed with how knowledgeable, attentive and professional she is. Bonnie listens, adjust the treatment to what works best for a particular issue and on top of all that - she is the nicest person ever. The whole team is awesome and they work so well together.
