Most other small businesses in our community neither answer the phone nor do they get back if you leave a message. Bill took the time to show me the filter, how and when to clean it, and how to re-install it. I didn't even know our septic tank had a filter....... Bill went on to answer my questions about proper septic maintenance and usage. He was professional, courteous and on-time. Thanks so much for the difficult job you guys do, and the class in which you do it.

The gentleman who dropped it off were very nice and went over everything and made sure it was located to our liking. All our guests were super impressed by how nice the washrooms were. I called with an issue with the septic system that was quite urgent to us and I had no clue what I was dealing with. Call Of The Wild Sanitation was able to help me the very same day. The personal service we received from Don was incredible. He was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very patient while we asked our million questions. We couldn't be happier or more impressed. C	Chadd Mcdow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best timing for an even worse situation..I just so happened to finish a delivery and had to take a leak, and the worst thing happened, my wallet fell out of my hoddie pocket and into the toilet and I had loose cards that fell out, just so happened that Brian just roll up to service that unit and he helped me retrieve my cards, he was a hero today haha awesome guy. Thanks again. Give that man Brian a promotion???

We've used Call Of The Wild for years now, having porta-potties delivered to our camp site. This year we decided to step it up a notch and went for the super duper deluxe trailer. Wow..... Just WOW. This trailer is definitely the Cadillac of trailers... We will never go back to porta-potties after using this trailer. Okay I know you're wondering what's so fancy about a toilet but it's not just that. We had his and hers... And the HIS had a urinal. The flush mechanism has a double system so when you flush the tank is never open to the area above which means no disgusting smell. Plus the bathrooms were so spacious that they could be used as change rooms for the younger ones. But it doesn't stop there.... The units are heated and air conditioned. So enough about how amazing the unit itself was.... Let me talk about the service. All the arrangements were made through Miriam and she was very accommodating. Always polite and friendly on the phone and genuinely seemed to care about the service she was providing. John and his crew delivered the unit to our property after unprecedented rainfall. It's proved to be a bit of a challenge as the road was in bad shape. Nonetheless, John got it in place for us. However before leaving, John and his crew picked up rakes and shovels and repaired the ruts on the road which were inevitable because of all the rain. He certainly went above and beyond what we expected. Thanks again Miriam, John and crew for making our special camp weekend a great success. See you again next year!!
