j	jerzy lenart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After researching a few septic pumping companies, I decided to go with Muskoka Sanitation because of the 5-star rating, hoping I'd get one of the best. Starting from the beginning, I got a call from Jeff the day of the appointment that the truck had broken down and would take a few days. After a week of waiting, Jeff showed up and pumped out the entire septic tank. After a few days, we were shocked to see that the septic tank that was underground, had risen above ground. Our septic tank is plastic and once it was emptied, the hydrostatic pressure in the ground had pushed it above ground. I called Jeff to explain the situation and request partial compensation for the repair since he should've known not to empty it completely, otherwise the ground water would push an empty septic tank above ground. I contacted 2 other septic companies afterwards and they said it shouldn't have been fully emptied. The main purpose of this review is to warn others of this situation because it was a very expensive (and unnecessary) repair.

Jeff came in -24 degree weather and helped us figure out what was wrong with our septic and then pump out what needed to be done. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and sorted out our problem.
