Requested cab for a certain time, so I would have ample time to get to work. Cab was over 20 minutes late, Called to cancel the cab, resulting in me being late for work for the first time in my 3 years at the company. Very unprofessional, will not be using this company in the future. I recommend using Capital Cab! Called them, and they had a cab to me in less than 5 minutes

This cab company is horribly managed. The rates are inaccurate and overpriced. I payed way more than I was supposed to and when I called to verify, there customer service went from bad to worse. Save your time and your money.

The operator was very aggressive, the cab never showed after 40 minutes of waiting. When I called, they blamed it on me while it started to rain here. I work in service this is not how you treat people. Not my first bad experience but definitely my last time being treated poorly by these people.

The common theme in these reviews was also my experience. The guy that answers the phone is outright rude and should not be in an position where he has contact with the public. Called to confirm a reservation time for the handivan we booked a week ago and he was rude when we booked it and again upon calling for confirmation. Actually he just yelled NO! WE DONT HAVE ANY RESERVATIONS!! Then hung up. I get you’re busy, but if prompt, courteous service is your marketing line that maybe be courteous. Just use YDrive. They are actually polite, fair priced and don’t pay their drivers β€œunder the table” to fraud taxes like this shifty company does. F-you call a cab. There’s a reason companies like you are being taken out by private companies.

Actual dog water company. Waited over 40 minutes for a cab that didn’t show, so I call again and they don’t show up again. It took over an hour and a half for me to get home, and the other cab company ended up taking me there. The majority of your drivers also slow roll and leave, at least wait 15 seconds before no-showing at another destination. Time and time again I’ve given this company chances and they repeatedly leave me stranded. Very unprofessional β€œservice.”

This was one of the worst experience I have had in customer service in a while. Lady on the phone was extremely rude and had no problem leaving people on the street for over 2 hours. Called three times and every time she just kept saying we were on the list to be picked up yet when I said I called at 1:00 and called again at 2:30 am she said it would be another hour and no taxis were seen anywhere in the busiest bar spot in the city. This cab company is hostile and does not care what service they provide. They need more competent people working for them that care about the well being of those they are picking up downtown. Thanks to capital taxi for caring about the well being of young women on the street and picking us up in less then 10 min after standing in the freezing rain for more than 2 hours. This company really needs to think about how they talk to people on the phone and what’s an appropriate response with clearly frustrated customers. Trent university should change which company they choose to partner with in the future.

Very rude dispatcher. I assumed someone would call when they arrived but after waiting 40minutes and calling back to get the status, he said driver was sent 20m ago and no one answered the door and house was black, when in fact no one knocked on the back or front door as we were quietly waiting for a cab to arrive. I asked if he could call when he arrived but instead he told me I had to wait on the curb in the middle of the night. Will not be calling again. Was also 20$ for a 6 minute drive.

I called and asked if it was okay to have 6 people. I was ensured lots of drivers were okay with it. Even called back to confirm it was okay and she said yes. Cab came up and gave me attitude. I called back to let this lady know and started yelling at me over the phone. So we called y-drive. Don’t waste your time the drivers are miserable and people on the phone are absolutely miserable. As a nurse I understand the impact of COVID hence why I called twice.
