He was prompt friendly and professional. I was overwhelmed with stress of buying a home in a different province and he made the process so easy and set our minds at ease. I would absolutely recommend him.

Jay was super friendly, cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I visited the office in less than an hour from my call and he got everything done thoroughly and quickly. I was on a bit of a time crunch and he even took the time to check out the traffic on Google maps to recommend me the fastest way to my next destination. Thank you Jay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout out to wonderful Cindy who helped get my documents sorted quickly! Jay was super friendly when I called to book an appointment. The funny thing was, I misheard the appointment time so I came too early to their office and it was still closed. Fortunately, Cindy was there early, allowed me inside (sorry Cindy), and processed my documents on the spot. Cindy was super friendly as well and I am grateful that they made the whole process easy for me, from start to finish. Definitely reccomend them!

He had everything even a machine, just in case we didn't have cash we could pay with debt. If we need him again, we will contact him. Highly recommend.
