★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Permanent Resident Card is expiring this spring so we started making photo copies of all documents required by Government of Canada for renewal of the PR card for another 5 years. We found that we needed to get six photopied pages certified for the application. We searched for affordable public notary services first on KIJIJI and continued our quest on Google. There we found Affordable Notary Public Service. The price structure was "tailor made" for our needs. We made an appointment and we were very glad that we had found The Best and Most Affordable Notary Public in Calgary. Linda was friendly and professional and we figured that to go anywhere else would has cost us nearly twice as much. We wil definetly go back to Affordable Notary Public in the future and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for affordable and professional notarial services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero stars if I could. Practices religious discrimination and refused to sign religious documents as she personally disagreed with them. Then lectured me for not having told her ahead of time what I was having signed. Was unaware my religious documents required a warning. Went to another notary who was horrified over her refusal and happily signed. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Do not recommend.

Never happened
I had to cancel the appointment, so I sent 24 hours ahead a text message.
No confirmation of receiving it, but later on an angry, insulting voice calling back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I needed to certify and notarise a couple of documents and I wanted a notary close to where I lived. I ended up choosing Linda in spite of some of the reviews, that, at face value look like valid complaints. They’re not. They just wanted things that could potentially cause her her license and because she declined (rightfully so) they had to throw a tantrum online!
Linda was very pleasant, she asked over the phone what the documents were and what they will be used for, I told her they for the CRA, and she said she could notarise them no problem.
She is very honest and as mentioned above very pleasant to deal with and talk to.
I would recommend her all the time and that’s where I will go next for any notary work.
