Kyokushin Karate is a full-contact martial art, known throughout the Martial Arts world as The Strongest Karate not only for the reputation of its top fighters but also for the rigorous and systematic training methods. It is the system developed by the legendary Sosai Mas Oyama 10th Dan. It was the first Karate system that incorporated low kicks as a main part of the syllabus. Kyokushin, famous for its powerful techniques, derives its stunning force from center points and circular motions that generate enormous strength. This is why Kyokushin differentiates from other karate styles that rely on simple linear motions.

KYOKUSHIN, (Pronounced: "Key-yoke / shin") can be translated as “ultimate truth”. The philosophical term “ultimate truth” can be further explained as the end of the pathway that Kyokushin karate offers in order to prepare you to be ready anytime for every situation. It also teaches you how to reach your limits, how to stretch them and how to use 100% of your energy to eventually achieve your goal. This goal does not relate just to the martial arts spectrum, it translates further to your personal life. This path will teach you step by step how to attain discipline and how to develop the correct mentality required to elevate yourself to the mental and physical strength in order to reach the “ultimate truth”. Kyokushin is not a seasonal sport. It is a way of life.

Kyokushin combines both traditional and contemporary training methods into a simple and very effective self defence system suitable for men, women and children of all ages.
