About Schulich School of Engineering

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took some continuing education graduate level courses before, and then after a few years I wanted to take some more, and they said that the rules had changed, that I had to validate all over again my credentials to get into continuing education. I had already gone through the paperwork before. They want people to do it twice. They have all my records unless they trashed them. I have a graduate degree in a Canadian university and I find this very annoying and wasteful of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of nearly all engineering courses on campus. Modern design of the building is quite aesthetically pleasing. Upper floors have tables and study spaces for students to study.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible experience of learn in engineering education. Excellent classrooms and seating area for students interactions for their discussions. Well equipped laboratories and lectures theatres are world class and best in class technology is always there to help out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's pretty alright. 9/10 of the instructors youll have are top notch, but theres always a couple who are absolutely terrible at running a class or teaching. The lecture halls are quite updated compared to the rest of the campus; usually spacious with plenty of table room, only one room has those stupid arm rest tables that barely fit a note book with seat packing worse than an economy class plane. My biggest complaint is everything extracurricular that I enjoyed within the building ended because of covid, budget cuts, or bureaucracy.
After spending 5 years of my life here I can certainly recommend this school for engineering.
