★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, this is a beautiful old building, transformed into a professional medical office. Impressive! I had to wait quite a while for my appointment, but listened to the sweetest, most patient nurse on the phone giving detailed instructions on what to expect during surgery and a stay in the hospital. It was heartwarming to hear the compassion in her voice, and experienced knowledge. Also had surgery, Dr. Mitchell did a great job! Didn't die, so 10/10!

All visits with my Surgeon have been rushed, & my surgeon has not taken the time to understand my full medical history.
The cause of my issues requiring surgery were never investigated, which has put part of an ongoing litigation in jeopardy.
I have been requiring surgeries since 2019, with at one point having to wait in pain for 654 Days between surgeries - which is responded with a Covid excuse and no compassion or follow-up during the wait.
My surgeon has forgotten that I have been an ongoing patient which he has performed 3 surgeries on, instead remarking that he has only performed a single surgery on me - great feeling when your care is in the hands of someone that forgets you even exist.
Post surgery I have had to battle with voicemails just to book a follow-up appointment, at one point extended to a month with no call backs only to be told that maybe i didn't leave a "clear" voicemail... yet no apologies when I had mentioned i have recorded all phone calls, not even wanting to hear the recordings.
On an occasion when I have been promised a call back, and my surgeon has not bothered to call me back.
My name has been made fun of by the office staff, while I am within earshot in the waiting room. To have multiple office secretaries laughing about a joke to do with your name is not a pleasant experience.
Overall, very unprofessional and it pains me that people in need have to endure this kind of treatment.
