β β β β β Security at the front and on the floors are polite and professional. Filing resolution services staff ladies are knowledgeable respectful and patient; for non professionals filing documents and seeking them. Resolution services on the 7th floor can have really long wait times so allow for 90 minute waits on peak filing days. Cleanliness and maintenance is great. They also do a great job. More signage and larger ones for the visually impaired on locating duty counsel (floors and times) on ground level would be helpful. Library is a huge asset to SRLs. The website itself could use some improvements, especially for non members of the bar and downloading forms. Downloaded PDFs Results tend to depend on browser type. Aesthetically it could use some plants.

β β β β β Maybe the biggest corruption of a law system is decisions and orders are made not based on factum but which party has stronger network with the system. Justice used to be the foundation of the law, but now it is who has power. Many of us are experiencing this change. Court is a tool for elite class to rule ordinary people. senior lawyers in those firms found out the dates their favor justices are in sitting and set up court dates based on that so they can win for sure. Don't even expect those judges would listen to you. Decisions have already been made before you can be heard. No one cares the fact. No wonder to see west countries are falling down.

β β β β β Although many come here for all the wrong reasons credit is due where credit is due and overall the staff in this court centre are very helpful and willing to assist in anyway possible. You can always take the elevators as well to some of the higher floors and get a unique view and perspective of our incredible city here in Calgary. In summary though as stated earlier it is the incredible staff that make this building great and for that they get a five star rating in my opinion. Thanks

β β β β β My experience was great, considering there were a lot of people in queue line on a Tuesday morning. I arrived 8:15am and finished exactly 9:20am. I had two speeding tickets, which I was able to reduced from my valid reasons (from $400 to $203). Honestly, the peace prosecutor wonβt listen to all your reasons. They just want to know βwhat kind of help they can offerβ and they will try their best to give you great options. 9/10 they will reduce your fees if youβre honest and polite. Donβt be deceived by the long line cause the process was really fast for each clients. But I suggest arriving early (7:30am) if you want to finish in less than an hour. Great experience overall.

β β β β β Let's start from the bottom and work up the justice of peace I think his name is spelled J Pearson he's a joke can't even hire proper authorities to treat people with kindness and respect for every action their is a reaction. Pearson should really go to the library more . Update last time I attended court room 308 I found even the staff working in conjunction with the judges are giving people a run around for instance I am pleading not guilty to two charges minor of course but even with that I should be able to have one trial date to tell my side of the events leading up to the charges and not be given the run around heading from floor to floor collecting the dates in this case I believe the judge should be providing the person with the dates for trial

β β β β β I just want to give them money, I tried to pay a fine on their site after a month and the ticket still isn't registered so I went to the courthouse to pay. Apparently they don't want to get paid because they won't let me in to the cashier. They say because of the pandemic but they have always been behind glass
