★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, j'ai un code d'urgence de Mtl, une dame me fait faire une mise en demeure et dommage intérêts avec un temps alloué de 10 jours à la proprio insalubre qui ne repond pas, je retourne après le temps alloué et un gars de Saint-Jérôme remplacant detruit tout ce que la dame m'a fait faire et me demande $ pour ci, $ pour ça et je dois debourser $$$ pour ça et comme j'ai pas le $ avec moi, y peut pas m'aider, regarde même pas si j'ai un dossier d'ouvert et demande que mon nom, à l'écouter j'ai l'air d'un bel innocent.
 Terrible, I have an emergency code of Mtl, a lady makes me a formal notice and damages interest with a time allowed of 10 days to the unhealthy owner who does not respond, I return after the time allotted and a guy of Saint-Jérôme replacing all that the lady made me do and ask me $ for this, $ for that and I have to pay $$$ for that and as I do not have the $ with me, there can be no help, do not even look if I have an open file and ask that my name, to listen to it I look like a handsome innocent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ N'importe quoi, l'employé de la régie parle avec une propriétaire venu prendre de l'information sur un litige. L'employé l'appelle "ma belle fille" lui parle de ses tatouages et des nouvelles du jour...la porte est grand ouverte, j'entends tout, pendant ce temps j'attend là pendant près d'une heure en attendant qu'ils finissent leur rendez-vous galant.
No matter what, the manager's employee speaks with an owner who has come to get information on a dispute. The employee calls her "my beautiful girl" tells her about her tattoos and the news of the day ... the door is wide open, I hear everything, during that time I wait there for almost an hour while waiting that they end their gallant rendezvous.
