Les retours d'appels ne viennent jamais, ils se fouttent bien de toi aussitôt que ton prêt est signé. DÉPLOYABLE. Pauvre québécois d'être représenté par une caisse aussi minable..
 The worst service you can get. The advisers change every 2 weeks. You can never have a professional relationship with this institution. Callbacks never come, they don't give a damn about you as soon as your loan is signed. DEPLOYABLE. Poor Quebecer to be represented by such a lousy fund.

Après tant d’années avec eux, et payer tant d’intérêts ils te traitent comme un nouveau client(numéro). Il a fallu que je monte dans la hiérarchie pour réussir a obtenir une référence bancaire . Pour finir, quelqu’un m’a volé mes infos personnelles.
I will abandon this institution. I was mistreated by some representatives of the credit union. After so many years with them, and paying so much interest they treat you like a new customer (number). I had to move up the hierarchy to successfully obtain a bank reference. Eventually, someone stole my personal info.
