Caela Gillies, RMT & Craniosacral Therapy

I have been seeing Caela since she was just training to be an RMT and even back then she gave me the best massage I have ever had. She has the gift of healing hands and she is extremely knowledgeable which makes her well equipped for anything you come to her with. Plus, she is a lovely person!! You couldn't ask for a better experience!

Craniosacral with Caela leaves me balanced and grounded, not only mentally but in my body. It has become a retuning, a touchstone that keeps me on course.

I've seen Caela for over a year on a regular basis. She is an amazing therapist. She is thoughtful and professional in her approach and uses a variety of techniques. I see Caela for both massage therapy and craniosacral therapy and both are excellent and offer a different therapeutic technique. I started seeing Caela Gillies, RMT for cranial sacral therapy a few months back. During the treatment I would lay on my back and she would work at my feet, my spine and my head. I would usually slip into deep relaxation and a dream/sleep like meditation state. Caela’s soft voice, gentle and caring presence as well as with her extensive background in wholistic health and healing is exactly what I needed to bring about deeper healing in my life. I started going to see Caela in August 2020, the first treatment I went for was 1/2 massage, 1/2 cranio. I felt immediate release in my shoulders and major shifts in my energy. Since the initial treatment I go to see Caela monthly, if possible. As I don't experience a lot of physical pain, the full hour of cranio is my "go-to". When I have gone back to part of the treatment being massage, it is a great help for any troubling area. Caela has worked on my shoulders a few times and she is the best RMT I have ever been to (out of a dozen at least, over the years), her treatments go directly to the area & are incredibly effective in releasing tight/painful areas. I am reluctant to not put Caela's RMT skills to use more often in my sessions -- as they are superb -- but I feel the craniosacral treatments offer something unique for me. The craniosacral treatments from Caela have sparked major shifts in my energy, helping me release old injuries, old patterns, and I believe have been a part of deep, energetic healing for my body and spirit. After a treatment, I feel deeply relaxed and also brimming with a light-hearted energy. I often feel physical releases throughout the treatment, and through the remainder of the day once I leave Caela's practice. I have recommended three of my family members in the past year to Caela for cranio/massage and they each had excellent experiences. Caela is a professional, exuding calm & healing energy from the moment you arrive in her presence. Her treatments -- RMT or cranio -- are worthy additions to any healing or relaxation journey. The treatment space is a tranquil, clean & welcoming environment. I highly recommend Caela to anyone looking for an RMT or healing experience.

Caela is an incredibly intuitive practitioner. Not only is her energy deeply grounding and calming, but her beautiful work space feels safe and is created with heartfelt intention. I have been receiving Craniosacral Therapy ( CST) with Caela on a regular basis for over a year and a half. It has been an amazing experience. CST has helped me both physically and mentally. Caela was able to help me release stuck emotions that I had unknowingly been storing in my body for a long time. Physically, after each session I feel very relaxed, with an overall sense of calm that stays with me long after our CST sessions. I find CST to be a gentle, but powerful self care therapy. Caela is very personable and has extensive knowledge in both massage and Craniosacral therapy. I highly recommend a treatment from Caela. It is a wonderful experience, she holds such loving, gentle space & I notice immediate results within my body & nervous system.
