★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devon took over the property management of this building and everything has been moving up since then. Building painted outside and In all common areas; landscaping done weekly as is common area cleaning. Regular maintenance and safety routines receive top attention. I’m proud to live here.
Building Manager Mark Paivia is friendly and always available to listen to and resolve tenant concerns and requests in a timely fashion. Great guy to know.
