Diane (and Blake) worked with us to come up with a plan quickly. Her experience and easy manner reduced the stress that you can have about getting this done right. Communication with the suppliers (cabinets and counter top) was excellent. She received more than a few phone calls from us and always handled them promptly and with good humour. They recommended the suppliers and installers which went ahead without a hitch. We're delighted with our new kitchen. Highly recommended.

I would like to start off by saying that if you use Cabinets R Us specifically to order product and pickup yourself, you may have a different experience than we did, the product itself is not bad and the price was comparable. However from the start there were major communication issues which only got worse. Firstly if you have never a kitchen reno of any kind and chose to go with their "in house" installation, be prepared to not be communicated with about any extra costs that may incur once you need to get subsequent contractors in to fix anything that may have gone wrong with the installations of the cabinets. or countertops (beware the countertops are also subcontracted out and IF Integrity countertops even has the design you originally want, and good luck with that, be prepared to pay upwards of $500 for a plumber to fix the kitchen sink piping that they will not bother to try and match up). Now to the worst part of this company, Blake himself. So basically we had an issue where the cabinet above the microwave which is an above the range one, was not measured/cut/properly taken into consideration with the vent/ducting that needs to vent directly upwards to not cause any fires. In trying to communicate with Cabinets R Us to even see what the issue is, and if they could help fix it (as we already paid $1,000 bringing in subsequent contractors after cabinet/countertop installation) Blake will do everything in his power to make sure the client knows it was THEIR FAULT (um really when it was their own installer that installed and cut any holes?). On top of that he will outright IGNORE when you try to get ahold of him, has no cell phone to get in touch with and WILL NEVER call you back. The poor woman, Diane, that answers the phones was so sweet and after so long of trying to get someone here to help I was calling and just breaking down in tears. One day I called and tried to get ahold of Blake 3 times and he refused to talk to me. When my husband finally got him on the phone and they agreed to come out here, I confronted him about ignoring me and never calling me back and this smarmy guy tried to throw HIS OWN STAFF under the bus, playing it like Diane had not told him I needed to speak with him. After hearing me breakdown in tears and so frustrated there is no question that Diane told him what was happening. He still hasn't apologized and after persistence the issue was fixed, but he still tried to tell us it was our fault. Buyer beware of trying to deal with this guy he will take your money and disappear!

Diane and her team were fantastic. They were very professional, informative, and easy to deal with. They assisted in our layout and design, provided us with many options for cabinets and counter top design. The cabinets were ready on time and they coordinated the installation of our countertops. They will most definitely be my first choice for any future renovations.

There are some amazing people in the world that are willing to help their communities. CabinetsRus has great quality, friendly, efficient customer service and they care for their local community! I work for a small, non-profit organization called Charlford House Society for Women. We run a 15- bed residential treatment facility for women recovering from substance misuse and co-occurring disorders in Burnaby. Our kitchen space is very well used and has needed a reno for years. Carson from Integrity Countertops also worked very hard to make sure everything was done properly. He went above and beyond and was friendly, honest and professional. We are so happy with the result. We were extremely excited to reno our kitchen and Cabinets R us were able to make the cabinets we needed for our kitchen and add extra storage for us. They turned out great. However they forgot to order our countertops. We are now going to be 10 days with no countertops and we are hoping we have them next week... not guaranteed. This has been a huge inconvenience to our reno, our place is chaotic and no firm or set dates for this to be resolved. We said we would be there to pick up the cabinets at a set time but when we arrived to pick up our pallets were completely blocked and had to wait around for them get our product. We absolutely love the cabinets but due to this event we are struggling to be able to recommend them for friend or family or even for future reno's. The communication has been poor with dates mentioned but not able to make them.

Cabinets R Us is a great choice if you are looking to renovate your kitchen or bathroom. Friendly knowledgeable staff and awesome choices. Diane was super patient, kind and had great ideas to give me the best kitchen for my small house. Hired a contractor to gut and install everything as electrical, plumbing and levelling were all required. Eric at Habidex Renovations is fantastic. I love my new kitchen.
