â â â â â Je ne suis pas le genre de personne Ă faire des avis sur internet (c'est mon premier), et si je prends le temps d'en faire un ici, c'est pour une raison bien simple : je ne souhaite Ă personne de vivre ce que nous avons vĂ©cu avec eux.
- Cabanon livré en retard (2 mois plus tard), et n'a pas été complété avant l'hiver;
- Le toit a été terminé en mai (8 mois plus tard), aprÚs plus de 20 appels et des centaines de textos avec un des employés;
- Qualité trÚs moyenne (porte ferme trÚs mal, particuliÚrement)
- Cabanon qui n'est pas enlignĂ© avec l'endroit prĂ©vu Ă cet effet (le cabanon devait ĂȘtre montĂ© sur un endroit oĂč il y a de la gravelle... eh bien non, le cabanon est installĂ© de façon dĂ©saxĂ©e, ce qui fait qu'une partie du cabanon est au-dessus du gazon);
- Service à la clientÚle (respect du client, délais prévus, etc.) carrément exécrable.
Le tout, avec ces éléments trÚs dérangeants :
- Paiement total exigé d'avance (je rappelle que le toit a été complété 8 mois en retard...);
- Aucune responsabilisation sur l'endroit oĂč a Ă©tĂ© posĂ© le cabanon, et refus total de payer le dĂ©placement du cabanon (mĂȘme si ce n'Ă©tait qu'une partie du dĂ©placement; nous acceptions de diviser les frais, mais refus total de coopĂ©ration de leur part pour rĂ©parer leur erreur);
- Tous les dĂ©chets laissĂ©s sur le terrain, et un bon mĂ©nage du cabanon doit ĂȘtre complĂ©tĂ© (clous rouillĂ©s laissĂ© sur le sol, des restants de planches de bois partout sur le plancher, retailles de vinyle incalculables, etc.)
Bref, 1 étoile est déjà trop pour ce service.
I'm not the type of person to do reviews on the internet (it's my first), and if I take the time to make one here, it's for a very simple reason: I do not wish anyone to live what we lived with them.
- Shed delivered late (2 months later), and not completed before winter;
- The roof was finished in May (8 months later), after more than 20 calls and hundreds of texts with one of the employees;
- Very average quality (door closes very badly, especially)
- Shed that is not aligned with the place provided for this purpose (the shed should be mounted on a place where there is gravel ... well no, the shed is installed off-axis, which makes part of the shed is above the grass);
- Customer service (respect of the client, deadlines, etc.) downright execrable.
All with these very disturbing elements:
- Total payment required in advance (I remind you that the roof was completed 8 months late ...);
- No responsibility for the location of the shed, and total refusal to pay for the shed (although it was only part of the trip, we agreed to split the costs, but total refusal of cooperation their part to repair their error);
- All waste left on the ground, and a good cleaning of the shed must be completed (rusty nails left on the ground, remnants of wooden planks all over the floor, incalculable vinyl scraps, etc.)
In short, 1 star is already too much for this service.

Ce n'est pas pour rien qu'ils demandent le paiement complet. C'est parce quils peuvent bùcler le travaille et cesser de répondre à leur guise.
Les ouvriers n'ont pas de cartes de compétences et ça paraßt.
Leur construction n'est pas selon les regles du code de construction. En plusieurs points comme les fenĂȘtres.
Ne faites pas affaire avec eux payez 500$ de plus et vous aurez un meillieur rapport qualitĂ© prix quand mĂȘme .
The quality leaves something to be desired, for the price it is only passable.
It is not for nothing that they ask for full payment. This is because they can botch the job and stop responding as they please.
The workers do not have skill cards and it seems.
Their construction is not according to the rules of the building code. In several points like windows.
Do not deal with them pay $ 500 more and you will have better value for money anyway.
