They are always on time and so accommodating. Shoutout to Kiana, a lead receptionist, always greeting me with a smile and providing the utmost customer service. Thank you for making my days brighter Cabana Tan!

All of the ladies who work at the front desk are always friendly and professional, and as well they are knowledgeable about their products and services. Cabana Tan has the ONLY “High Pressure” tanning bed in Victoria which I started using based on a recommendation by a staff member. She really went to in detail explaining to me the science behind how it works and the benefits it has over regular tanning beds. Most of the staff know my name and remember which bed I like and for how long I tan for, and always make a point to let me know when they have good promotional sales going on which makes me feel valued as a customer. As long as I live in Victoria, I’ll never go anywhere else for tanning.

Also I've been going for a few weeks and still don't have a tan and my roommate says the same thing I don't think they change their bulbs very much and it could do for a dust and clean in each of the rooms all around cause that's all you look at when you're changing and getting dressed I won't be renewing my membership that's for sure

The standout is definitely the staff- the ones I've met are incredibly friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend ?
D	Darcie McNeill (Darcie Dark) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cabana Tan is conveniently located on Johnson at Vancouver Street so it's close to downtown. Parking is not an issue they have a parking lot there. Now I will discuss the tanning service options: regular and deluxe lie down beds as well as stand up booths. Plus they have a spray tan booth which is automated and you follow a robot sounding voice instructions. Finally there is a lie down bed with high pressure type bulbs that aren't quite as damaging for your skin but you go in for half an hour and you need to flip yourself over halfway through because the bulbs are only on the top and it's like cushioned bed with with a towel that you lie on. It's always been clean and the staff have been polite every time I have been there. I recommend buying points when they have a sale on they do this a few times a year and it's so much better deal. if it's a busier time of day I would suggest to call ahead to book your room so that you're not disappointed or having to wait very long to have your session.
