Cindy and Billy provided an amazing service for an excellent price. Their team of piano movers were nice, funny, and got the job done quick! Would 100% recommend and use again!

Initial quote & arrangements seemed great, & Cindy was very friendly on the phone. I verified all the details about the move, as I knew it would be a tricky move & would require a dissemble of the piano. I was assured everything would be good. I was initially dubious about using this company due to some poor ratings recently, however I work for a school board that uses them to move pianos all the time, & I had never run into an issue, so I overlooked the poor ratings — That was a mistake. On pick-up day, I left work early AND my uncle took a day off work so that we could meet the movers, only to call Cindy to verify why the movers were late & was told "Oh, it's scheduled for next week." After clarifying that, no, the move was indeed today & I had verified the time, she tried to schedule the move for the next day, to which I stated "No, it needs to be today." She said she would "call her crew." I waited 25 minutes before calling her back to verify if the movers were coming, & was told "Yes, they are on their way." Half an hour later, I received a phone call from the movers stating they were leaving their current location & their GPS said they would take another half an hour to arrive at my pickup location. This was infuriating, as this was already an hour and 15 minutes after the original scheduled appointment, & I had stressed to Cindy that I had a time-cap on being finished moved into the new location. When the movers arrived, they seemed extremely friendly, but the first mover was shocked when he saw my piano & the fact that it was being moved up a flight of stairs from a basement. He referred to my piano as a "Pig." Upon the second, more senior mover seeing the piano, he informed me it was too heavy & large for only the 2 of them to move by themselves. They told me they had not received any details from Cindy regarding the move or the piano, & continuously referred to my appointment as an "add-on." I informed them that I had given all this information to Cindy, & that while I was sorry this was the case, it was not my problem. The senior mover tried to make a few calls to see if he could have someone else help them with the move, but he had no luck. During this time, I & the other mover BOTH tried calling Cindy, with no answer. They called someone else at the "office", who told them that Cindy had gone to the bank. Both movers then made a comment that I would be lucky to get a call back from her. When I inquired as to why, they chuckled & said, "That's just how our company works." One mover verified the phone number I had for Cindy, & suggested I text Cindy, as the number I had was her cell phone. I asked her to call me to discuss the matter. That was over 2+ hours ago, & I still have not heard from her. Although it was not convenient for anyone involved on my end, we rescheduled with the senior mover for the next morning, & he agreed to bring a third man to help with the move. Obviously frustrated and furious, I found a more reliable company to move my piano as soon as I arrived home, & while they were a little pricer, they assured me in writing about what was required to move, & were willing to move the piano the very next morning. I emailed & sent a text message to both Cindy & the senior mover, informing them I was cancelling the move scheduled with CW Piano Movers, as I had found someone else to move the piano. Suddenly, Cindy answered me via text message! Except it seemed like she was more responding to the senior mover, as it was a group text, rather than responding to me. Not once did she phone me back. Not once did she apologize. All I got was that she was at the bank & the "line was long." ... You couldn't check your text messages during a 2+ hour wait in a bank line? Likely story... Suggestion, do not use this company. Trust the poor ratings & reviews. They will quote you an amazing price that is better than anyone else, but they are extremely disorganized & will waste your time. Save yourself the trouble & go with another reputable company.

Received my piano back today after a few years in storage. Bill was very helpful in making sure I received it and that it was in good shape. Bill is the one you want to deal with to get things done. His movers were terrific.

I will never trust CW with a piano move again. My grand piano was scheduled to be moved during the morning, and after checking with them a few times times throughout the day with no response, they told me by late that evening the pickup would not happen. We then were guaranteed an 8am pick up the next morning, and they showed up an hour and a half late. They are clearly unorganized with terrible service and communication. Although the movers are good at what they do, I will never trust the company with my piano again. As a professional pianist, this is a service I take very seriously.

I had a piano stock in basement for more than 30 years since previous owner of the house. I called 3 companies for moving it to main floor. they all said its not their job or requested higher prices for moving it. CW company experts came and offered separating some parts of piano to make it shorter and easier to move, and then reassemble them after. they were professional and did everything nice and neat. their price was so reasonable than others. I recommend this company if you have my condition

COMPLETELY DISORGANIZED, FAILED TO PICK UP-DELIVER 3 TIMES, NEVER USING AGAIN!!! Initial call and booking very helpful and friendly, pick up scheduled between 8:30am-11am Saturday morning, with an hour ahead phonecall to say the movers were en route. This did not happen. Made follow up calls and given the cell number of the driver by the owner (who had no details of the move). After back and forth and many calls was told the piano would be picked up between 2pm-4pm the same day and would receive a call in advance. This did not happen. The same back and forth happened between the owner, driver and myself and was told that they would definitely pick up between 5pm-7pm. By this point not trusting that this would happen made a follow up call just before 5pm to the driver and was told that it would be unlikely they would pick up the piano before 7pm. The owner is not answering her cell. However friendly at the beginning they have failed to do what the title of the company states they do on 3 separate occasions.

Scheduled a piano move and the team was highly unprofessional in their communication and mannerisms. Swearing and bickering between team members + a lack of communication with their client. The team forgot an equipment item during the move (understandable and not an issue), so they had to leave to pick up their equipment and provided an ETA of 30-45 mins. Over 2 hours later, I was able to get in touch with them over the phone, and they said they were in the middle of doing another move. No communication about this and they failed to attend to their first client who was waiting based on their provided ETA. Spent 4-5 total hours of my day and did not get my piano moved.

Friendly, reliable and cheap they are not over price unlike the other company I have use from before. I have use them twice in 2 years. They were professional and trust me they were very strong guys, don’t under estimate them. Thank you for the job well done.
