Locally owned and operated, we have been providing the transportation industry with employable Class 1 and 3 Drivers since 1981.

CCA Truck Driver Training Ltd. began in Calgary as a one-man operation, with one truck, one trailer and a briefcase for an office. Today the driving school occupies a 1600 sqft office with two classrooms and a three-acre training yard.

The school offers personalized instruction and prides itself on supplying our students with clean, well maintained, modern equipment. We offer training on loaded or empty 53” single trailers and B-Trains.

The school maintains a fleet of Kenworth T600's, T660's, T680's and T880's equipped with Caterpillar, Cummins and Paccar MX Engines and Eaton Fuller 13 and 18 speed manual transmissions. We also have an Allison automatic transmission and a 13 speed Eaton Ultrashift plus automated transmission.

There instructors and the office staff did everything in there power to help me through it. If you want to upgrade do yourself a favour and go see them.

I recently graduated the Class 1 MELT course they offer earlier this year and got the dream job I wanted and could not be any happier with my work life now. I have only the guys here at this school who helped me to succeed to thank. If you are looking to get a class 1 and the proper training to get licensed, look no further than CCA truck driving school in Calgary. Be professional, have a good attitude and show some confidence from day 1 and they will treat you the exact same way and boost your confidence you require to not only pass your road test, but become a professional class 1 driver. They were very accommodating to my schedule as I had to rebook my in truck training and road test multiple times and they did so without any hassle. The instructors are knowledgeable and professional. Honourable mentions goes out to Vince! I had him for my first in truck training(as well as my third)and despite it being -30 outside, we spent 1.5 hours outside drilling in the under hood and pre trip inspections. Once in the truck, he made me feel very comfortable my first time on the road. There was a bit of a bump on my first road test and they handled the situation very professionally and ensured I’d be good to go for my next road test. Go to CCA! You won’t regret it.
