The first pest control company wasn’t able to control the problem. Finally they decided to try Bye bye cockroach pest control and just few treatments and very effective techniques by putting traps all over the building. Now we have zero cockroach and hoping they won’t comeback. Great job! Thank you!

They responded immediately and applied a treatment that was safe in a food setting. Their approach was professional and caring and very supportive. Highly recommended.

When we got the key and went to the house and opened the door, we found hundreds if not thousands of cockroachess crawling inside the house. It's like a jungle of cockroaches. Immediately I called my property owner friend who owns lots of rentals. He recommended us Bye Bye Cockroach. We called them, and they said they have no spot in 2 weeks. When we explained them how bad is the situation, they booked us an appointment after 2 days. The owner guy came and did the extermination, then again came after one week and did another extermination. After 2 treatments he asked to go to the house and check. When we went there, we couldn't believe our eyes, it's like thousands of cockroaches are everywhere, all dead. We don't know what he did, but he did something definitely works. If anyone have cockroach infestation, call this company. Highly recommended.

The technician Sayful knew what he was doing. He took his time to educate us what we have to do after the treatment. He came back twice after the treatment to do the inspection and he was always available whenever we had any questions. I strongly recommend Sayful and Bye Bye Cockroach for Cockroach extermination.

Then he explained the treatment procedure. After his 1st treatment, we never saw a live cockroach. We saw a lots of dead ones in the house. His treatment is fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend him and his company to anyone.
