★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my daughter here for her first appointment and everyone was extremely accommodating and friendly. They implemented safe covid practices and the environment was very clean. She was having a little freak out when they calmly came and offered to put her favorite show on while the dentist took a look. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable as first timers. I look forward to returning for my own oral care as well as hers. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who gets nervous about the dentist. Also, they're 24hrs :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to share my experience about how amazing the staff is here at tiny teeth.
I spoke with Dr. Ali on the phone and he helped so much prescribing medication and continuing to check up on my son and how he was feeling . I have never felt so comfortable with any other dentist.
He helped my son get in urgently for his teeth pain as antibiotics were no longer helping. And kept up with regular messages to check up on my son on how he was doing before and after surgery. Making sure our stay was comfortable, and if there was anything more he could do to help.
In the office we spoke with patty many times she helped with a ton with paper work and phone calls regarding our out of province stay since we needed to travel to Edmonton for the surgery. Patty promptly helped and they both went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. As it was very last minute.
Again I've never felt so at ease in trusting someone so much. And I hope in the future we can have Dr. Ali as our orthopedic surgeon and could Not say enough kind words about how wonderful they both were! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd like to share my experience. My son had a 1:30pm appt. Booked. Arrived on time. Was told we were waiting for a "room" asked again at 3pm & was told to wait another 2hrs. I traveled from 300kms away, son fasted since 12am night prior.. I will not neglect my child that long. I walked out, left to feed my child. Will be re-booking else where, the staff had no care about our concerns & my sons well being kept making excuses. I watched multiple people come and go with there children & yet I waited. Very frustrating...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a rude comment about my personal choices (smoking) from a lady who sat behind the reception desk I immediately felt uncomfortable. After discussion with my girls about their experience at the dentist they were not happy about their experience there. Definitely would not suggest this office for any child.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in my grand daughter. I wanted to find an actual kids specialist and I found these are the only one that take in kid without any prior referral. I must say it was the best experience. Their facility is brand new. They put the kids to sleep if they have to. The best doctor I ever met. The office explained everything and were the most pleasant and non judgemental people ever. I would highly highly highly recommend.
