All staff was friendly and the dentist was great and very knowledgeable. They do direct billing for your insurance which is definitely a bonus. Definitely my new dentist now.

They ask you to arrive 15 min early (great no problem) but then start calling you 25 min before your appointment in a rude panic about whether or not you are coming to your appointment. All the while you are sitting at the dentist office answering their phone calls. And then they keep you waiting and waiting. I’ve also never had to wait so much with my young kids for a booked appointment. The other staff have been good and the office is nice. The dentists are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate dentists but I've always had a great experience at Viva Dental. I drive across town to continue seeing Topaz at the front, Melissa for cleaning and Dr Robles for checkups. When Dr Robles went on Matt leave and i had to see a different dentist there I was terrified but she was fantastic too. They hire great people there and I'm thankful to them for making me comfortable.
