When you take coffe they will ask for money. As per notice coffe is free with bvd card & receipt.
As per my observation these receptionist need to be send to customer care training course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow...I can’t remember the last time that I visited a Truckstop with showers this clean. Excellent parking area very well cleared of snow, fuel pumps all very clean and working properly and good condition squeegees with really long handles.
This place was recommended to me by another Paul’s Hauling driver earlier today and I shall definitely come here again and recommend it to other drivers. I filled up from empty rather than put the minimum required in to get a free shower. I like to do that if it’s a well looked after site. Staff were also friendly and polite. I look forward to my next visit. Ps there are clean towels in the showers too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is perfect… staff is very friendly and well behaved… following policies doesn’t mean that staff is rude .. i feel its very good that they treat everyone equally by sticking to their rules and regulations… showers , washrooms , coffee station , parking and so on everything is fully maintained… Bvd the best ?
