Z	Zakaria Alaoui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonjour En réponse au message du propriétaire, ça fait 22 ans que je vis au Canada et j'ai fait plusieurs boucheries à Montréal et laval et on m'a jamais demandé de payer un extra car je veux une viande haché mariné par contre vous avez le droit de charger ce que vous voulez et c'est au client de décider après... par contre vous ne pouvez pas lui mettre plus que ce qu'il a demandé sans même lui en parler, et vous êtes aussi supposé coller l'étiquette du prix et du poids sur l'emballage ce qui n'était pas le cas pour moi...j'ai aussi dit que le magasin était en désordre, pas qu'il y avait pas de choix....et on était 2 a faire les mêmes constats...donc libre à vous de prendre mes commentaires dans un souci d'amélioration ou de répondre du Tacko tack car il ne faut pas oublier que le client est toujours roi, surtout quand il a raison. Bonne journée. ‐---‐--------------- J'avais entendu parler de la boucherie et comme j'étais dans le coin je m'y suis arrêté pour y jeter un coup d'œil et on a finalement acheté qque trucs dont 1kg de viande haché mariné et à ma surprise je vois qu'elle m'a chargé 20$ pour la viandé haché et quand je lui ai demandé le prix m'a répondu un peu bettement que c'était 1,250g (alors que j'avais demandé 1kg) et qu'elle chargeait 1$ pour la marinade dc comment j'étais supposé deviner tout ça surtout qu'elle n'avait pas mis l'étiquette sur l'emballage...aussi comme mentionné dans un des commentaires magasin un peu en désordre dc svp faites un peu d'effort Hello In response to the owner's message, I've lived in Canada for 22 years and I've done several butcher shops in Montreal and Laval and I've never been asked to pay extra because I want marinated ground meat, but you have the right to charge what you want and it's up to the customer to decide afterwards... however you can't put more than what he asked for without even telling him about it, and you're also supposed to stick the label price and weight on the packaging which was not the case for me...I also said that the store was messy, not that there was no choice....and we were 2 to make the same observations...so it's up to you to take my comments for the sake of improvement or to answer Tacko tack because we must not forget that the customer is always king, especially when he is right. Have a good day. ‐---‐--------------- I had heard of the butcher and as I was in the area I stopped there to take a look and we finally bought some stuff including 1kg of marinated minced meat and to my surprise I see that 'she charged me $20 for the minced meat and when I asked her the price, she answered me a little stupidly that it was 1,250g (when I had asked for 1kg) and that she was charging $1 for the dc marinade how i was supposed to guess all this especially that it hadn't put the label on the packaging...also as mentioned in one of the comments store a little messy dc please put some effort in
