We love this campground, it is clean, well taken care of, camp spaces are fairly spread out. There is lake access, they allow dogs, many activities available such as horse shoes, badminton, volleyball net. Down the road is Burton Cidery which is the best cider I've ever had and a small market on the corner with fresh eggs, cookies and cinnamon buns!

Beautiful scenery! Quiet, just off the highway place to have a quick dip in the lake, take those selfie shots with beauty surrounding you! Picnic tables and out houses available. Some shady spots as well as hot sun bathing areas.... whatever you chose its here at Burton!

My hubby and myself are absolutely blown away by this campground! We were really shooting in the dark when booking, as no one we mentioned this place too had ever been here or heard of it before. The drive in for us was about 8-1/2 hours as we are from Southern Alberta, but the drive here was majestic! Upon arrival, we noticed that there was a full amenity washroom with back up out houses for when the washroom facilities were being cleaned (they are literally hosed down and scrubbed daily)! With stalls and two showers, plus electricity by the sinks if you desire a blow dry or a spot to plug in a razor. We also noticed that they sell their own bundles of firewood (at a good cost too), AND they even have ice supplies to sell so you don't have to drive 25 minutes into Nakusp for ice stock! To make things even better, they also have communal deep freezes set up by the washroom facilities so if you need to keep stuff frozen, you can! It's a wonderful idea for those who want to bring the re-freezable ice packs for their coolers, so you don't have to keep buying ice (we will remember that for next time). The general lay out of the park and its amenities are amazing. Easy to get potable water as there are quite a few taps spread out between about every 4 sites or so. The camp host has been nothing short of amazing! Very tentative to needs of their patrons :) On an even higher note, the beach front campsites are a DREAM! Nothing like a 10 ft. walk to set up a chair and lounge by the gorgeous lake all day. If I could, I would honestly give this review more stars!!

Wonderful campground - quiet, safe, clean and friendly. Sites aren't too close together, effort has been made to create privacy between camps. Campground is very open to the sky and has lots of green grass. Campsites are cleaned and nicely groomed. Public bathrooms are kept very clean. Camp host is warm, friendly, gracious and is there to keep guests from: playing music too late or too loud, letting their dogs wander around off leash, and to keep things running smoothly, which is why so many of us return again and again. We love this place and appreciate all the love and effort put into it to make it so welcoming.

I love this place. Such a beautiful place on the Arrow Lake. I was a bit disappointed to see 2 Alberta truck and trailer units pull in. Not essential travel. For the most part, it's all BC. A very well run campground.

One of the best campgrounds we have experienced. Quiet and clean with large grass areas everywhere. Great hosts and lots of friendly campers to chat with and get advice on the area. Best of BC camping for sure...highly recomended.

Very nice campground, nice facilities, clean beach. However, the campground Karen that patrols around on her broomstick making up rules as she scowls around needs to be kicked out. Terrible host who needs to learn some people skills and how to be accommodating. She probably gets along great with seniors who like to monitor each other. Would recommend to those 65+, avoid if you're less than 65 years old.
