I was up there with a friend checking out available sites. They have some to lease and buy. We both agreed this is one of the best areas we've seen. HUGE sites, I mean we're talking you can park at least 4 5th wheels easily in each site...and so many trees, very very private especially if you happen to purchase in the new subdivision area. The grounds sits right on the lake where you can sit back and watch the wild life. All in all, it was exactly what we wished it would be like.
f	frank laurie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cousin and I went to that area to check on leasing a seasonal campsite to put her new travel trailer on. Will on the way we stumbled on this place. Very impressive when you have to have a automatic gate at the entrance. Don (the owner) has to be one of the nicest, most accommodating guys I've ever met! He drove us around and showed us the sites available to lease. Very VERY reasonable rates when you consider you get power and sewer hookup year-round and water till the cold weather. There are some properties there where the owners have done an amazing beautiful job in creating their own space. So on our journey around, Don also showed us a couple of sites for sale as well.....but there was one that we both knew we had to have! So we now own a lake lot which has the most unbelievable potential! It will be ready to park the trailer on next year, however for this year we have a lot that we can use once the leveling is complete. I've added pictures of a couple lots, the one where the drive curves will be ready next year for us!! Can't wait!!!!! If you're looking for a place to relax, to build and design the way you want in a beautiful location where the owner is a real stand up guy, this is the place! Full hook-ups, lake living and complete access year round and only an hour from Edmonton, this is THE place! Oh yes....there are stop signs, street names and golf carts are allowed! So come by and enjoy the feeling of relaxation and solitude on your very own large lake lot.

Lake is very small,no fish or motorboats allowed on the lake,which nice.Not good for swimming. Lots are big and well treed.Don the owner is super nice and helpful. We are looking forward to spending another year at the resort.
