★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Dr. Katy for about 2+ years now and I feel fortunate enough to have her for all my dental needs. My dental condition was not in good shape before and I do have problems with stains (I drink plenty of tea on regular basis, maybe more than the average person) and yet she has always been very patient and thorough every time I go for my cleaning appointments. She always asks me first to see if I want to do any polishing or not to compliment the results and she also monitors the condition of my gum fillings closely. She and her staff always treat me warmly with care, try to make me feel as comfortable as possible, and accomodate me on evening appointments due to my busy work schedule. I'd like to thank Dr Katy and her staff for what they've done for me and making it a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to update my review - I had an emergency and they were so kind and accommodating. I wish I could give them 6 stars <3 If you are dentist-phobic, they are the best clinic I have found by far. (September 2021)
Dr. Katy is incredible. I am terrified of needles and she was so kind and patient. She made the visit my most stress-free dental appointment ever. She was so thorough and showed me every step of the process. I recommend her to all of my friends, especially those who are nervous about dentists. The Covid safety protocols made me feel safe and that they took every necessary precaution. Thank you so much Burnaby dental!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in my life I could see what the dentist does while working and admire my amazing smooth teeth with tight contacts. I always had issues with gaps between my teeth but no more thanks to dr. Katy. She has her ways to make me feel comfortable and even her injections are a mystery! No pain! I love the staff too they are all kind and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Katy has absolutely saved my teeth! I was told from my former dentist that I was going to eventually lose my bottom front teeth from "gum recession". Dr. Katy found and fixed the problem and saved my teeth. The pockets in my gums have seen a drastic improvement thanks to her. She introduced me to interdental brushes and it has be game changing for me! It was the first time I ever had pictures of my teeth done and I was shown exactly what was done to my teeth and why. From her magical freezing techniques to possibly the first painless cleaning experience Ive ever had.. Dr. Katy is absolutely life changing. She is passionate about her work and caring for her patients and it shows. Her whole team is amazing. It will be the most loving, welcoming dental
