We ordered 2 whoppers, here is the "hunk" of lettuce in mine. Presentation is key to a successful restaurant. Hopefully they work out the kinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Country Fair location. Closes at 11pm. Got to the drivethough at 10:32pm, noone answered in the drivethrough. Tried to go inside, all lights on, doors locked, no signs on doors stating they were closed early. Horrible for a new business to act this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. We dined in and still our food was slow getting to us and it was barely warm. 2nd time there. 1x drive through 2nd time stopped in. Will not ever go back. If I could rate it a zero I would. Both experiences were terrible.

I waited at the drive through for almost ten minutes with no one talking my order so I left and parked and went in, find out they were severely understaffed with only one counter person and one cook! She was completely ignoring people coming through the drive through. Had to wait quite awhile for my food because of being so under staffed. My fries were absolutely horrible being cooked in days old disgusting grease and the buns were stale! I won't be going back there.

Food came out fries were cold already , cheese sticks were cold and burgers were barely warm. One napkin for a two can dine meal.

For everything else they have a lot of work to do. I can respect this location is new, and its got growing pains as expected but I hope they can find a way to resolve how slow the service is.
It is nice having a Burger King in port arthur though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i’m a patient person and i understand a rush and other circumstances i work in fast food as well but idk why it took two hours for our pick up order of a few burgers and drinks that we prepaid online, even went to the store multiple times to be told it’s not ready then at the end of it all the excuse was “they were out of fruitopia”. going to this place is a joke and always chaos. save yourself and drive to arthur street to order it will be done before these guys even think about making it. great deals and nothing wrong with the food but this store and these staff need some serious help.
