★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love everything except that it moved to PA/County Fair plaza. It's further than I usually go for shopping. I don't go there as often as I did when it was more centrally located in McIntyre Plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Curbside pickup person very rude. Asked a question an she kept repeating the same thing but didn’t answer my question. Never shopping there again. I’d rather shop on Amazon then ever go there again. You wonder why people shop in the states, maybe customer service is something you should work on. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love going to this store and had to go again the other day. This one time ruined my opinion of going here again. I went with my 2 daughters and was met by a worker at the door. My one daughter and I were wearing a mask, but not my other daughter as she has health issues and is exempt. This did not seem to matter to the worker as she kept pushing the fact that she would have to wear a mask regardless of her health issue if we were to go into the store. Store policy she called it. It isn't right, and it IS against the law to try enforce it if you are health exempt. I am not even sure if I will be going back to this store, and I will definitely not be encouraging others to go because of this experience. Totally wrong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've heard people saying how rude and unprofessional the staff are. Witnessed it first-hand as well as some discrimination. Will never spend a dime in the store ever again as I do not support companies who discriminate against others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Friday August 20th 2021 looking for plastic topper for a table, one lady was super nice and helpful. The other worker, short black hair and younger, super rude. Unnecessarily confronted two customers who were looking at plastic to get out of the way so we could look, which embarrassed us and the customers, and then acted as if we were inconveniencing her for still being in the store when we were selecting a different gauge. Was such an uncomfortable experience. No wonder this mall is dying.
