Food not the freshest unless you ask for it fresh(ie fries, onion rings). Location is strangely busy and they're visibly understaffed, they're still very friendly and always smiling though which is nice!

Worst experience I ever had in my life! The management team are very unprofessional, rude, judgmental, customer service are terrible ? barely understand. I think this new management team should get fired ASAP cause they don’t know what they doing. Please hire people with good manners and customer service to do the job. Not just your own type of people because they will ruined this franchise. SMH ??‍♀️.

This place had some really bad customer service. Waited 10 minutes before being acknowledged. The entire floor was sticky and multiple table were filthy. Bathrooms were disgusting aswell. It's amazing this place passes inspection.

Went on Whopper Wednesday. Tomatoes on Whopper tasted old. No zesty sauce with onion rings. Asked for no ice in drink, but got ice anyways. No charbroiled taste on burger.

Less than 0β˜† - but that is not an option. I prder the same thing all the time, this time I got something completely different. And when I asked for the burger I actually ordered, I was not only given attitude, but also told I was wrong. .. and given the wrong price to pay the difference... we just payed the extra, because seriously over it. And the kids meal had no toy and we had to pay for it .... While we sat in the store there was 6 other customers who came in saying they were in drive through and got the wrong burger... and they were all given attitude...had to pay and left very unhappy.

The worst and most pitiful Burger King location I've ever seen. When I went there last Saturday, they only had drive-thru and no dine-in options, so I ordered two chicken burgers and one veggie burger. After about 5-7 minutes, the girl behind the counter informed me that I would need to drive to the front and wait for her to deliver my order. I was fine with her saying the veggie burger would take longer, so I went to the front and waited for 25 minutes. After that, I returned to the counter, where the same girl informed me that the Veg patty boiler was broken and that I would be given a refund. Please take note that it has been 30 minutes since I first placed my order. So far, they haven't given me anything. I returned to my car and waited for another 5 minutes for the manager to arrive and refund my veg burger. I told her where the rest of my order was and that I had also ordered two non-vegetarian burgers, about which she had no knowledge, and she went inside and brought the rest of my order about totalΒ 45 minutes after I had placed it. The rest of my order was cold, and the fries were not in good shape. I won't even give a -5 rating to the worst Burger King location.

Burger king has not been able to offer burgers every time I've been there in the past two months with no explanation. Today they finally had burgers apparently, but when I got to the window the employee changes it up and insists I buy 2 for 8 whoppers when I only wanted one, so yet again I ate McDonald's this morning because I'm not spending $30 on a fast food meal for myself when the same thing in the USA is under $14. Best of luck burger king, A&W is better than you now...

The outside of the building looks like it went through the apocalypse (which I suppose is a good thing considering it looked like it some what survived) . We got to the drive through at 5pm and didn't actually get to order till 5:30 . Which was unreal since there was only 4 cars in front of us. Now usually when anything like this happens I still try to remain courteous and polite when I get to the window (which I did). The staff did not return the favor unfortunately and they were very short and impolite.. I would recommend going literally anywhere else if you're hungry....anywhere. I give one star to this establishment and that's only because there isn't an option for zero or negative stars.
