★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i waited in there drive thru for 30 minutes for 1 whopper jr. there was only one vehicle ahead of me. i did not receive a receipt and staff were unfriendly at the window. the bun was hard and my burger was FREEZING. i got a tiny patty on a HUGE bun. nothing makes a bad day worse then receiving horrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had some very good meals here but the bad ones outweigh the good ones by a long shot. Food is often very bad/old and the staff aren't that bright or attentive. All that id probably the reason I haven't really been to Burger King in years. Burger King can be much better then McDonalds but only if it's a good location and whatnot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They use a heavy vegetable oil that tastes burnt and old. (A light Canola oil is best for deep frying.) It makes their fries and chicken sandwiches taste awful and inedible. Their mayonnaise on their chicken sandwiches tastes like heavily greased vegetable oil too. It tastes like they switched to a cheap mayonnaise from what they use to use. The Osbourne location has the same problems. The Burger Kings are not what they use to be in taste or quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just ordered from the burger king on Taylor Avenue in Winnipeg Manitoba, around 7:46 pm on April 19th 2022. Amazing service. I didn't catch the name of the drive thru employee that helped me but he was an easy Asian young man. Forgive my ignorance I just hope I can get this man a raise with my description of him because he deserves it. Flawless service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best staff. They work so hard and orders are perfect and hot and fresh. Customers know this is the best location. We order tons of nuggets and poutine. Fresh hot and great staff make this place awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to use a two can dine coupon with a substitution that I’ve made numerous times at this location. I asked that one of the Whopper burgers be swapped out for an impossible patty at my expense. I believe I was charged an additional $2 and they gave me a double beef patty on the non veggie whopper. Well today the girl at the counter was beyond understanding this simple concept. I ended up leaving instead of requesting the manager who was in the kitchen and who has done this for me many times in the past. Just too exhausted having to deal with this stupidity. Went to McDonald’s instead.
