โ โ โ โ โ If I could give this place a zero I would. I came in tonight to buy food the girl in drive thru didnโt even make sure the drink lid was on properly. When she handed my fiancรฉ the drink it spilt all in our car as we put it in the cup holder and didnโt even apologize. I called the restaurant to let the manager know what happened and that I was very upset and her response was hanging up in my face. And they never even gave me my whole order!

โ โ โ โ โ Ignorant employees with zero customer service here. Every time ordered something here they always mess it up. Last recent was an order thru their mobile app for 2 whopper combos, got home to find out they only put one combo in the bag. Wasted my time to go all the way back to tell them this, no apologies NOTHING. Worst I mean really the WORST of all other BKs!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed an order through Uber eats for the impossible burger with fries and lemonade. The burger came completely undercooked and pink as you can see on the picture! Instead of the lemonade I got plain water !!! Once I tried to reach the restaurant they would just hang up the phone and not answer my calls . As someone who works until late nights I was really looking forward to my dinner but today I would have probably got sick if ate their food .... Please donโt order from this place (location )unless you wanna get a food poisoning!

โ โ โ โ โ I came here for a sandwich at 3:00 am on 15 feb, upon ordering the guy said that your burger will take 10-15 minutes and i asked again to verify then he increased the time and said it will take 20 min to make. I agreed and went for payment on window and i wait there for 5 min and the guy was standing in front of me talking to a girl colleague. Upon honking he came and said go to parking in a rude manner and wait for 20 min. He was having a tattoo on his arm. After waiting 25 min i went again on the window and waited there for my order. I think owner is not paying these guys for chatting and rejecting orders and parked in the parking i saw 4 more cars going back without order through the drive thru. Horrible experience it was, will never come back again.

โ โ โ โ โ Food was good. The girl I dealt with had zero level of customer service. I asked for mayonnaise and her reaction was so bad that I felt so unwelcoming. If you see a brown dude ordering food that doesnโt mean that you have to show us attitude. Plus, I was so nice to her and addressed her as MADAM. Management needs to solve this issue and ask their employees to be nice with the customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Food was fine. Service how ever from the company sucked. Claims 24 hrs open states no where that they close dining room after 11pm and we refused to place an order inside....Why is it impossible to be able to sit inside and eat after a long stretch on the road... Drive trough only is the worst... (Yes i have worked in fast foods for many yrs)

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered burger for them and it came molded. Please do not order food from them, it is a health hazard and the health authorities should look into how they have a license to even serve food like this. Do employees not have any eyes?

โ โ โ โ โ Grilled chicken sandwich meal is favourite & eating from this location regularly.
Location: itโs located on the main road of Scott road 103 Ave.
I prefer drive through as not much crowded, you can get order in max 5 min.
Grilled breast chicken in burger ? is crunchy & veggies like ice lettuce ? with mayonnaise / cheese as well. Overall feel not dry & juicy burger with good quality bread.
Meal contains French fries which is similar to MacDonald or KFC. It also includes cold drink of your choice. I really hate with load of ice by such all outlets so you need to specially instruct them to put less or no ice cubes. Otherwise they will fill half of your glass with ice to save drink.
Ketchup & mayonnaise pouches can be provided extras on your request.
