Hello. Last year we had a disagreement over an invoice where I believed that the technician had mentioned that his intervention would cost around 20 or 30 dollars less than the invoice I received. I told your office that I would be happy to keep doing business with Buoyline pools but that the invoice should be adjusted to what was promised. Since the technician didn’t remember saying anything, your Company decided to stick to its invoice disregarding the customer’s word and basic customer service, for about 30$ worth of income. Therefore, I promised to never return again to Buoyline Pool Services. I just wanted to pass a message that, International Pool and Spa has earned my business and that the total amount spent so far this season is 730$ in products and one pool blanket. I also expect to replace the winter cover this fall. One day I showed up with my 3 year old daughter who asked if they had a balloon. Since the store manager didn’t have any gifts for little kids he took upon himself to get my daughter an inflatable duck for the pool from his shelves and just gave it to us. They can expect my business for a while! Sincerely.

This year I have had it, they charged me $200 extra for 25 bags of leaves scooped up from my pool, but there was no bags that we have ever seen, there was no call to advise us of the cost nor was there anything agreed upon. All of the sudden they just send me an invoice for it, very sketchy way of doing business. And I told them to show me evidence of the 25 bags or I won’t pay, there was no reply anymore. Will not hire them again and don’t waste your time. PS. We have dealt with them for a few years, it’s always been hard trying to get any commitment of dates to come open or close pool, what I mentioned above was the last straw, I have never had any leaves that amounts to 25 bags from the pool, ever. Even during fall cleaning, from the yard, we would have 20-25 bags from the yard, how is it possible to have 25 bags from the pool alone? Besides, how big would the truck be to haul 25 bags from my home? And the leaves would be wet, how is it possible for them to haul those bags? You guys be the judge, they had never told me nor advise me of the charge, and just slapped me with this invoice, therefore I told them I will not pay for that extra charge, hence the delay.

Awful experience - Chris the owner appears attentive and nice when doing business initially. Had a good first year with them; when I spent 6-7K with them upgrading heater, salt-water, etc.... Last winter I winterised my hot-tub with them. It was not properly winterised and to much surprise when they reopened it for me, it would not take any water. It's been 4 months since Chris has been promising week by week, month by month to get this spa back up and running. He no longer answers his cell and gets his staff to call back promising it will be done in couple of more weeks. They have completely stopped now because they have not been able to fix it. I will file a small claims court going after the cost of my hot-tub as it's sitting gutted out now in my backyard. My weekly pool cleaning is not that much better. I've scheduled it for Fridays so I can have a clean pool for the weekend. Without a call they would not show up on a Friday and do 2 sessions the next week to make up for it. Season is too short to let this company work for you. Get a more properly managed, responsible, and knowledgeable crew.

Hired buoy line this year for the first time and wow can i say what a upgrade to my last company. All of there staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. and the owner Chris is a honest and understanding guy. defensively will be continuing working with this company and recommending them to all my friends

I have been a customer of Buoyline Pools for over 10 years and they have Always responded quickly and professionally to any issue that has come up with my pool. This spring we needed and new liner and it was done in a timely manner, reasonably priced and professional job from start to finish. Superb team. Excellent service!

Very poor service. Chris came in April and basically went AWOL. Left me with a young girls birthday party and grad celebration waiting. Not man enough to pick up phones and say I am swamped, or cannot do. His flunky at the counter who lies for him is no better. Btw Chris, he does cash deals on the side.

Chris came to my house with his "partner" in late April ...Quoted and set a date. I put my faith in his word. Cancelled appointments weekly via text and his accomplice at store for 1month and then went silent. With not reply or decency to do so. His accomplice at the store also lied. Continually promising to return my calls and making excuses for Chris. Unprofessional, weak people with no decency to be honest. On my kids lives, the above is all true. Do not believe what reply they give, its just another lie from the lie factory. Shame on you both.
