I was skeptic in the beginning, but then impressed by their agent, Edward Yang. Edward showed up on time every appointment, did not give any pressure to close a deal, negotiate very well and got the price within our budget. Overall, I will use their service again and recommend anyone to try it. Their service is better than and at a lower cost compared to full commission realtor.

The historical data available to buyers is invaluable, and the ability to save properties, get alerts for custom areas, and still be backed by a fully-fledged realtor is great. I can't think of any reason why anyone would use realtor.ca or rely on conventional listing sheets from a realtor. Can't recommend it enough.

Saved properties of interest comes with email updates. Making your own search areas comes with new listing notification ?. These are the highlights I like. There are more. This website has been improved ongoing. A great tool for buyers. I used this website instead of the realtor.ca website. The property features filter works well but still can be improved, such as keywords, types of buildings, lot size, and downloads of properties on phones or computer for off line viewing, to name a few. The realtors are professional and helpful. They don't immediately ask buyer to sign a contract. I signed a short 1 month buyer contract with the offer, no pressure ?. I give 5 stars and hope for more upcoming improvements.
