We had a great experience. The price for enough boxes for a 1 bedroom was very reasonable, and they dropped them off promptly. Two weeks was a good amount of time to get packed and unpacked (provided a little bit of pressure to get unpacked quickly which isn’t a bad thing), and they picked them up promptly as well. I hate building and disposing of cardboard boxes, not even to mention how wasteful they are, so I am never going back. Bins are amazing!

I hired BungoBox for a one bedroom/studio move recently. The movers were good and professional, especially Dominic and the trainee who were efficient and quick. Suggestions for customers: if you have anything with small wheels or hooks, make sure to tape them up for the move or else they may break. The relocation consultant Chris is friendly and is good at selling BungoBox. However, I did bring up the issue of how I didn't know and was not informed that the time of dispatch from the warehouse to the first point of location was included in the "travel time". I told him this was unexpected for me and he invalidated this by telling me it wasn't unexpected and that it was false, and laughed. Who the heck charges for the time before the work/move even starts? I was unhappy that this wasn't clear as it wasn't elaborated verbally and in writing on their forms, even when they said they did. Heads up for customers: Know that if your move starts at, say 9am, that you'll be charged for 30 mins or more beforehand depending on your location. The company will charge 1 hour travel time despite how short the trip is. Overall, I had a good experience with the movers. They are trained well. I'd definitely hire Dominic again for future moves if I could. BungoBox itself is pretty pricey though and need to work on outlining their services more clearly. Start time: 12:45pm to End time: 3:15pm, including travel time costed about $500.

I have used BungoBox for several moves over the past few years and they have been amazing each time. Reliable, friendly, prompt, and organized. Using BungoBox made my moves way easier each time, and eliminated the hassle and waste of trying to find cardboard boxes and then dispose of them. 100% recommend.

All in all my experience with BungoBox was good. Prompt delivery and pick up, the bins were clean and the supplies were sufficient. I did notice that the bins were on the smaller side compared to the competitions. I would recommend BungoBox for your next move! Super easy to organize and much more convenient than searching for cardboard boxes!

Did a major house renovation and needed to store pretty much everything we had. BungoBox provided everything we needed including the storage boxes which could be stacked on dollies and moved around as well as wardrobe closet containers. Made life a lot easier. Very punctual with drop off an pick up times. Would highly recommend them.

We used BungoBox for our recent move and was really impressed. The plastic reusable boxes they supply for the move are amazing. They are one size, have handles, stack well, come on dolly's and with labels. It was easy to organize and pack the boxes and then know quickly and easily where to put them in the new place. With the dolly's they are incredibly fast to get in and out of the house. BungoBox customer service was great too. Lots of phone calls and texts to ensure we were aligned on dates and times. The drop off and pick up of boxes was seamless. I will definitely used again.

Faced with having to move our student child from one apartment to another, this time with furniture, not to mention more amassed belongings, we knew that this was not something that we could do on our own - especially because we live multiple provinces away. After having researched many movers in the Vancouver area, we reached out to BungoBox. One of their friendly professionals immediately reached out and walked us through all of the details - with no pressure to commit. We valued their advice greatly as we have never had to book movers before, let alone from a such a long distance away. One thing we highly recommend, is to add-on BungoBox's rental containers. For us it was a set of 23 large, 2 extra large, and one dolly - along with some extra wrapping paper and a mattress protector. These items were indispensable and made packing, and moving, a breeze. As arranged, they were delivered early in the day, two days prior to the move. Move day couldn't have been more relaxed! The BungoBox team of two arrived right on time, wrapped all the furniture in blankets, and ensured everything was secured inside the truck. I will admit, I was anxious about where they would park as the two buildings did not have loading areas and the receiving end was located in a very busy part of the university. The lead mover reassured me that this was not a concern, they deal with this all the time. Sure enough, they arrived at the new apartment, parked the moving truck like the pros they are, and delivered all of our child's belongs without a single scratch! The moving containers were a 7 day rental, so we took some time over the next day or two unpacking, then simply let BungoBox know and the boxes were quickly picked up again. We are happy to say that we would not hesitate in recommending BungoBox to anyone moving in and around Vancouver. Their service is friendly and very professional. They are well worth the money and lifted a huge weight off of our shoulders.
