★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was great to deal with them especially dealing with Barb at the start, she helped us with finding exactly what we wanted. Customer service was great and responsive to us as well. Any issue we may have had were dealt with. Thanks to Ankica as well for being very professional through everything as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was with my daughter during the process of her purchasing her new Town Home and I was totally impressed with Barb our sales lady! She made the experience amazing for both of us ! My daughter is over the moon excited to start the process of her 1st home and Barb will help her the whole way and make her new house her home she will feel comfortable in and proud to show her family and friends. The quality of this builder is nothing but exceptional and what you think would be an upgrade is standard with this builder ! I can’t Thank Bulat homes and Barb for making my girls dreams come true with her first home ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could assign a negative number I would. This company is run by an ignorant collection of "professionals" and I didn't even buy anything from them. I live across the street from a Bulat home and the attached picture is what my walkway looks like now so that they can tie in their new build. When my wife called and asked to have the snow removed the answer she got was "it's after 5, there's no guys we'll take care of it tomorrow" When she asked what we are supposed to do about access to our home she was told "well you're calling from inside your home I don't see any problem" That response was from some clown named Danny. When I called to reiterate that tomorrow is not acceptable the courteous and professional receptionist gave me the same 5 o'clock line. I said not acceptable i want someone here tonight and she hung up on me.. That's "High Quality" alright.
