★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, I respect the knowledge of product and the thought process/problem solving when analyzing our needs vs products. I LOVE the common sense approach about the systems they installed. The exceptional communication is why I am writing this review. Bill explained to me the options, gave me technical info i could relate/understand, and let me decide what I wanted to do. The workmanship was outstanding. i got quotes from "brand name" places and they were rushed, pressured, and expensive. Bill's was such a pleasant experience for installation, price, and guidance (even helped with the google nest install and set up). Anyway, I support this Albertan company, and recommend Bills for the price, professionalism, work ethic, and common sense. He has a good sense of humor and will drink Dr. Peppers all day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, we woke up to our house at 50 degrees F on Christmas morning. After checking the outside vent, the igniter, the air filter, and turning the breaker to the furnace on and off without success, we reluctantly called Billy. Right from when Billy answered the phone until he left our house having successfully restarted the furnace, he was truly professional, personable, funny, thorough, knowledgeable, and informative. He exudes passion for his career and ensures client satisfaction by the way he speaks and the time he takes to fully address any and all aspects related to heating and cooling. Not only that, after spending 1.5 hours at our house on Christmas morning fixing the issue and forewarning us prior to his arrival that his rates may be inflated given the day, I was pleasantly surprised to see the invoice at 1/3 of the cost that I was anticipating! Billy - we will definitely be using (and recommending) you for any furnace and/or AC issues in the future! :)

My furnace quit on us during the holiday cold snap and all of the major service providers told me it would be at least a week before they could look at it. Billy showed up about an hour or two after the call and got my furnace working without any issues. I would strongly recommend using his service.
