I am still waiting for items ordered way back in January for a time sensitive job that I have now had to buy somewhere else, and they are refusing to refund the money they took off my credit card immediately upon placing the order. A wholesale supplier that you can't rely on to supply their product... what more is there to say? Read the reviews over the last few months...

Right from my first call to Sonya and Ashima, quick follow up responses in between these two wonderful ladies to picking up the order, I was kept up to date. I had to make a minor change in the order and they gladly did it with a smile. I was pleasantly greeted by their Sales Manager when I was at their office. All in all very quick turn around, ordered late yesterday and everything was packaged ready for pick up this morning, wow!! Found everything what I ordered and good quality with very reasonable pricing. Very happy to recommend this local business as it's so convenient to deal with... and their online ordering was a breeze! Thank You!!

No ship notification and no tracking, and delayed communication. This is especially disappointing since their warehouse is not even a 30 minute drive from me. - I have since finally received my items and I am really happy with them. I will give them another try ... hopefully my next order won’t have the same issues.

Despite what is posted on their website banner, orders are very rarely shipped within 24 hours, if ever, as none of my orders have been. Communication is very difficult, calls are not answered and emails go days without a reply. Even when a recent order sat in their warehouse for a week, and they promised to expedite it as a result, they 'accidentally' didn't do so, and I will be waiting a month for items that were in stock. Customer service is non existent.

My coworker was yelled at and verbally assaulted when he questioned the status of his order which is completely unacceptable. When we called to talk to a manager we were gaslighted by him saying that it never happened... even though there was a whole warehouse of people that watched their employee yell and scream into the face of my coworker who was just trying to figure out where to pick up. Aside from the verbal assault, Budget t-shirt has consistently messed up every order we've placed in the last two months. Either by forgetting our order completely or giving us the wrong invoice. We have honestly NEVER had a good experience with Budget T-shirts and will NEVER order with them again. I encourage you to do the same.

Our company has put in a handful orders in the last month and every-time there was an issue. Including just full on forgetting to put our orders in. The employees do not take any accountability for their lack of competence. There is no communication between their front of house staff and the warehouse. Just plain horrible service all around. They get mad at you when you don't know where to go(even if its your first time there). Called us liars when we tried to speak to someone on the phone about their service. Extremely rude. Never again.
